“My experience with this place was great! The woman that my dad and I saw on our first visit was knowledgeable, took my preferences into consideration, and helped me pick out a mattress very quickly, while also helping my dad with his curiosity about an adjustable frame. The purchasing process on our second visit was fast. We had some minor issues on our second visit with some things on our receipt being spelled wrong, but that's my only complaint.
The mattress was delivered this past Saturday (June 15 2024) and by the nicest guy, Noah. He was patient, considerate, good-natured, offered to set it up (I didn't need that done, but the offer was kind!), and even took my old mattress off my hands, as well as two others that we hadn't been able to get rid of ourselves yet. The whole delivery process was really quick and very pleasant, and my mattress came undamaged and wrapped in some sturdy plastic.
