I have used this place for nearly 5 years and Frank takes care of you. Oil change or engine repair he's been honest with us. I took one of our cars 2 summers ago about the AC. He looked at the car and told us he couldn't fix it but referred us somewhere else that could.

Communication is horrible. We had to call multiple times to ask for updates as they never called us to even tell us what was wrong. It took 5 days for them to even look at the car.We called for an update (the fifth time to be exact), 2 weeks after the car went in, they informed us the car had been done two days prior. No one ever called to tell us and we had been renting a car. Frustrating.We attempted to pick up the car today, after letting them know we would be there. They lost our car key. We bought the car used with one key, so we do not have a spare. All of the employees looked for almost an hour (including in their personal cars and belongings) before admitting they could not find the key. They informed us they would call us back when they find it.At this point it remains unclear if our car was being used by staff to drive around for personal use as we cannot see the mileage since the key remains missing and we were not given a straight answer regarding this.

Did a good job, but did more work than was asked to do and charge more than they said it would cost. Plus ran all the gas out of my car so when I picked my car up I had to go directly to the gas station. Also I had to call them they never call me bout anything concerning my vehicle
