Great tax preparers, friendly staff, and quick service but I can't stomach the fee of $403 for a fairly simple 45 minute return. Unless the cost of your return is not a factor, I would not recommend them. I gave up over 35% of my return to pay them for my return.

I had a 9 A.M. Appointment this morning on the 21st of February and I, as well as others were here but the H&R Reps were not. Very unprofessional and the first time in over twenty five plus years of me using H&R that this has happened. I no longer have the time to do my taxes now because of their not showing up for work.

My husband called to ask a question and the lady who answered the phone was nice but the one she transferred him to treated my husband like he was an idiot for asking a question and was completely rude! I do not know her name but she needs to do better.
