“Very nice facility with 2 floors. Staff is very nice and accommodating for the most part. 1 thing I do suggest is the staff be trained on how their products work because I had bought a numerical lock made by Planet Fitness and it was defective. Now despite my looks I own 3 businesses, and 2 of them are in the multimedia industry(photography and shooting commercials) and very successful so I'm pretty sure I'm intelligent enough to work a 4 digit lock. The top number was already sticky so I was reluctant to use it in the 1st place but tried reset it and set my code n Locked it. Didn't work. So I told the short brown haired lady with highlights and she looked at me like I was lying and grabbed another lock and read the instructions n said "it's a reset button" and was talking to me like I was remedial but the reset button doesn't work once you've installed a code the reset button ONLY works one time before you put in a code. Otherwise anybody in the locker room would be able to reset your lock n take your stuff. She should have realized that before saying that to me. So I just talked to the other manager n said I'll have them cut it off when I leave. I was reluctant to ask for a refund or exchange because of how they were already treating me and that lady has always looked at me like she had an issue with me. But later that night the shift changed n I spoke to a man named Landon. He was extremely helpful and understanding and allowed me to exchange it for 1 that works. Also the lady with the glasses Hannah is always nice and accommodating everytime I see her so I just had to speak positively on her since she deserves it. Great place to burn some calories.
