Average or a little better location. Staff were present, but mostly standing around twiddling their thumbs. Not a single employee spoke to me, greeted me or asked if they could help. Store seems disorganized and instead of having a place where you could see all the pocket knives they sell, they're spread out all over the store which is very unhelpful.

When you're walking slowly because you don't know where the hell the items you are looking for could possibly be located, and an associate walks up behind you and says "excuse me excuse me" and awkwardly goes around you instead of offering to ask if they can help you find anything - that's when you decide you will never spend another dollar in this place again.

I wish I could have given zero stars. Worst experience ever. I ordered and payed for flooring and install two months ago today. I waited a month before my first phone call to inquire about my tile. With each phone call I gave ample time before I called back. The store has poor communication between employees/departments. No one returns calls. VERY hard to get a call thru. My floor and qtrround, etc is sitting in my living room floor two months later. Supposed to install tomorrow but another problem arose because the estimate doesn't mention tearing out old floor that we talked about when I got the estimate. So much more I could say but I will never do business with a big box store again. Especially this one. Again...Worst. Experience. Ever.

We had placed a curbside pickup order for 2 small items - we had a pretty smooth experience at our regular trips to the Carrollton store and thought since we're coming to Oxford for other things why not pick it up there this time? Well apparently, that was a mistake. Pulled up to the designated curbside lot as usual, but when we tried to check-in las usual on our app, we get an error message that the service isn't available. The sign says to text - so we did. We wait another 10 and start to doubt it did anything. Okay... so then we call. Line rings on and on even after multiple attempts of dialing different extensions. After all this time wasted we figure, urgh guess it's better than wasting more possible time. All that "curbside" service for essentially doing the work ourselves. Here's the verdict: the app wasn't working because the online system is down, okay. But the phone lines? Is that coincidentally down as well? To top it off, the employee's attitude about this? No apologies at all. I realize the system malfunction may not be your fault maybe someone else can kindly teach you a street smart lesson (for your own good) but I wasn't gonna waste another minute. In short, if you can, pick another location for curbside and/or if you're looking for the literal "More doing" part of Home Depot... this place is so true to that in other ways intended.

Overall a really nice location. We stopped in here real quick because the local (other building supply) didn't have what we needed. Not only did these guys have what we were after, they had a bunch of other stuff that we ended up getting and filling the trunk up. Really nicely kept store, aisles were kept clear and the store was well organized. Very similar layout to any other Home Depot I've been in previously ... which made it easy to hunt down specific items if you're not in your local store. Staff was friendly and helpful ... even customers were helpful (as it turned out he used to work there and just knew his stuff). I'd for sure return to this location and I'd recommend it to others. Check out the outdoor space (to the left of the store - currently heading into spring) - tons of plants to choose from that are all really healthy and reasonably priced. I'd recommend this store!

Worst customer service! I'm doing a little DIY project installing some shelves in a cabinet that I purchased. Went into the store to pick up the materials I needed. The plywood I wanted for the shelf was on a shelf that was over my head in the store. I couldn't find anyone to help me. I eventually got it down myself by standing on the edge of my cart. I wanted to cut it down to size there, but couldn't find an associate to do it. I went to the front of the store where one of the cashiers asked if I needed help I told her what I wanted and she first attempted to talk to someone to see if they could cut lumber for me when she found out he was going to dinner she called over the PA for anyone that could help in lumber. I waited for over 20 minutes and all she could do was apologize that no one was getting back to her on the PA. I walked out without purchasing my items because I couldn't complete my project without the lumber being cut to size. Thanks for wasting my time Home Depot! Your management needs to get on the ball

Dear HD employee, please don't tell Me you called for assistance when I've clearly heard you NOT call for assistance. 10 minutes waiting for a chain question to be answered, which it never was. Left my cart and went to Lowe's. Thank you Lowe's for having things where they belong and have assistance available everywhere.

I absolutely LOVE this Home Depot!! I can always find someone to help me ( unlike the other hardware store across I-20- you can hunt someone there to help you for 20 min. - then they have to go find someone else- & you never see anyone again!!) this one has friendly, knowledgable, trained people who ACTUALLY can help you!!! They will help you find and actually know about your product!!! They are great!

Everything I go here, I just waste my time. Can't get any help, or wait forever. I end up going to Lowe's where I can get the help I need.

I stopped in yesterday to shop. I really find it annoying that I am asked at least 10 times in an hour if "I have found everything I am looking for". But the one star rating is for a young worker that stopped and asked me, I responded and he "didn't hear me (he says):, so he stood next to me with his arms crossed waiting for me to answer. I VERY LOUDLY TOLD HIM THAT I ALREADY ANSWERED. I should have asked for a manager to explain my displeasure. I pass two Lowes from my house to get to this HD. I will stop at them more often now. I know the employees are told to ask customer this, but I would really like to be left alone to shop. I can ask if I need help.

This home depot is great. Everytime I have gone in, I have had more than one employee greet me or ask if I need assistance. If there are several people in check out, they immediately open another lane. They even took the time to match a sales price from the previous week and refund me the difference. I have been to this location 3 times since moving and it has always been an easy task in which I leave satisfied. Thank you Home Depot!
