“I have had a bank account with BBVA Compass Bank for over 10 Years and used their Oxford Alabama branch for the last 2 years. Everyone at this branch has always been courteous and very helpful. Kristi and Stephanie recently worked with me in regards to specific transactions which required their assistance and did a stellar job. I appreciate them and the whole staff for the good work that they do.”
“Great credit union with awesome rates. The only reason why I'm giving 4 stars is because the ATM at their Oxford branch is terrible. I stopped in on a late Saturday afternoon, the Thanksgiving weekend of 2022, to withdraw some cash. When my card was inserted, I performed the transaction as instructed but when it was done, the ATM card slot would not give my card back and it would not dispense the cash. I had to just snatch the card out of the slot forcefully in order to get it back and eventually it gave me the cash. It seemed like it was froze up or something, not sure what happened. I'm sure that ATM has had its fair share of abuse by those wanting to vandalize but it would great if they could replace or repair it. And it would also be super helpful and convenient if the institution would invest in more individual ATM kiosks at certain popular locations such as the Oxford exchange and maybe a kiosk in the Coldwater area. I believe having those would incredibly helpful for all members.”
“I have banked with America’s First for several years. Has always been a good bank. I’m giving 4 stars vs 5 because of the new call system. This bank has always felt more like a friendly home and now I must hold 8 minutes before even requesting a call back to ask a simple question. And the call back is from a call center in birmingham hours later vs the home feel of talking to who we see in the office and having easy access to ask questions about our account. I’m considering closing my account for this reason.”
“Absolutely love the team at Quintard regions! When you really need help you can always walk in. The matter at hand was taken care of by Lanette and Crystal. I couldn’t ask for better support and help than what i got from them. Also went into the branch to take care of a small detail I forgot and Christy was right there to help with the process. “Small town bank. There is no drive thru ATM so it requires you to get out of your car to withdraw money. This location is near downtown Oxford so there are one way streets around which can make it confusing entering/exiting the business.”
“I have had multiple fantastic experiences in this branch! All of the employees here have been a great help. Danyelle and Melissa I have specially worked with and I will continue to come back and ask for them again. I was slightly concerned about the transition from suntrust to truist. Change can be a challenge for me sometimes but being able to rely on such great people like Danyelle, Melissa, and the everyone else at this branch puts my mind at ease and gives me confidence in this new name of truist.
