Jordan is one of the best salesmen I’ve ever had help me like he knows how to brand someone. Was interested in a certain shirt and he helped me find one even better than I was looking for so I’m just gonna keep it at that period

I’ve had a lot of steakhouses, this one by far exceeds my expectations. The food was great from the appetizer to the entree. The manager Jared had great customer service. Will definitely be back!

Rude check-out clerks. High end store with a high end attitude. I liked a dress that was on sale, it was the only one left of its style and had a place that will need a seamstress to repair it. I asked if they could consider discounting the price and was informed that I would need to go back to that department and locate a salesperson or a manager and ask them. It would have been so easy for her to call them up versus me having to chase one down. But I guess with their name they don't need to sale items...

Always have a wonderful time shopping at Dillards. All of the associates have been amazing. The lady working in the ladies petite department is wonderful. Came in on Saturday afternoon and she fitted me for everything I was needing. Dustin in the men’s shoe department is also an excellent employee as well.

Their is this Lady by the name of Vernae every time I go to Dillards she gives the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE you could possibly imagine I don’t care what department you are she doesn’t mind helping you so now I ask for her when I go in the store

One style of swim dress. One. They were offering a choice of three free gifts which was nice, but the one I chose they were out of. Overpriced and lacking in options for sure. Thank God for JCPenny. They had a very nice selection of swim dresses.
