Brought in my wife’s ring that had a broken prong. Diamond Depot fixed the ring within 4 days and gave the ring a rhodium treatment that made it sparkle like new! Great service and attention to detail! Would definitely recommend them for all your jewelry needs!

Exceptional service! The staff was very sweet and very knowledgeable. Terry listened to what type of diamond that we were looking for and the type of ring that it would be set in. The diamond and the ring was located and mounted beautifully.The ring was perfect and the recipient was very very happy with the ring. They have a great selection and prices. I came in to get an opal ring for my wife for Christmas and Amanda was a huge help. She made the process incredibly easy and I know my wife is going to be very excited on Christmas day when she opens the ring.

Amanda is always so helpful and such a delight to be around. She has helped me and my husband pick out so many different pieces over the years, and they have been perfect every single time. I recently got a new wedding set and she was so accommodating when having the rings sized and soldered together. Not to mention that it only took 1 day to have this done!

We had attempted engagement ring shopping at several jewelry stores in Atlanta and Birmingham (including a very large, well known store) and had subpar experiences. Every time I told the sales person what I wanted, their response was “you don’t want that.” I found Diamond Depot from a simple Google search and saw their phenomenal reviews. Stopped in on a whim, and met Amanda. She is a true gem (pun intended). When I told her what I envisioned, her response was well, let’s see what we can find! We started with choosing a stone and then we moved on to selecting a setting. They shipped the stone to the company with the setting and they built my ring. She kept me in the loop along the way and when the ring arrived, she quickly sent me a message with photos. The ring is even more stunning in person and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you Amanda for your patience and vision! The ring is beautiful and we are customers for life.

10/10 experience. The saleswoman helped my girlfriend design the perfect ring! Then I need to pick up the ring on a day they were closed and they were so gracious to meet me on their off day. Wonderful all the way around!!!
