Well let's start with over pricing everywhere else I have bought cigars they run total price per carton 20.50 yours are 24.80 and I asked to have them order 2 cartons a week. So I guess the language barrier that I speak out of my mouth is worthless and the attitude I got from the girl behind the counter was enough for me to say NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER BE BACK. So to the owner you might want to consider someone who listens to the customer and the service they get should be better. I will go elsewhere to buy any of my products. Thanks sincerely.

Really friendly staff. Not a big selection but they do have an assortment of tobacco and alcohol (not beer) and some snacks and sodas. Pricing is a little higher here for alcohol than the state liquor store (ABC) and they only have your basic assortment but that's the trade-off for convenience. Store is clean and organized with a friendly neighborhood feel. They even have a resident pup!About a year or so later...UPDATE!Charlie's Tobacco Outlet has undergone renovations. They split the store: one one side (original front access doors) is for the liquor store. You can purchase smokes on this side and some non-alcoholic beverages but to get a better selection you must exit out of this side and enter through the other side and you must be 21 to enter the liquor store side. The other side is their newly featured convenience store for your non-alcoholic beverages, snacks, smokes and related paraphernalia. I'm not sure if you made your selections on one side then went to the other to finish your shopping if they would ring it all in one transaction and on which side. There's a good question to ask next time I'm there.All in all, the renovations went well and the place is looking great with new items to browse. Staffing is limited so be patient and check out the new digs and new inventory of unconventional items. Although you may have elevated prices on the alcohol due to the convenient location of this store and they are open later and on Sunday and most holidays when ABC is not, it's the best tobacco store in the area and their prices overall are very competitive or lower. They even have beer now! And coffee drinks and sodas and energy drinks.......candy......snacks....and cool merch to buy.

Disreputible thieves. Can not count down a drawer or be held accountable for a honest transaction with either their staff or customers. Owner has a "I'm always right philosophy" and trasts everyone as third class citizens. Do not buy, goto ,recommend, work or purchase from here. They take pride in s2hort changing everyone and blaming you. You will not be missed.
