DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP
Unfortunately, it took three times to learn this lesson. The first was last year when I bought a versa and got took advantage of. I did not even fill out a survey because I was so annoyed the way I was handled by John Lewis. The second time I brought in my Nissan 2006 Altima with an issue and the service department failed me. The third time was two weeks ago, I bought four tires because they were cheaper than some of the other tire places around town. My car shakes at 70 miles an hour. It doesn’t shake under 70 miles an hour and it doesn’t shake over 75 mph. It is a balance issue. I’ve complained about it multiple times. Today I brought it in. They didn’t even look at the tires they told me was something mechanical with the engine. I am a retired diesel mechanic I have been working on large diesel engines , on yachts and ships around the world for 30 years ago, before I retire two years ago. Every time I deal with Bennton Nissan I get a bad taste in my mouth. Like baseball three strikes you’re out. I will never do business with these people ever again. Oh, and by the way, my struts my lower control arms, and my driveshaft were all replaced the beginning of this year. The car didn’t shake until two weeks ago when they put the new tires on.

It is ridiculous that we have been here since 9 AM and it is now 1:45 PM and they are still working on "routine maintenance!" Last time I will bring my Armada here for anything.

Purchased a “new to us” Volkswagen Atlas from Benton in Oxford. We showed up last week not really knowing what we were even looking for. Sarah Hendrix was extremely patient with us, answered any questions we had, and made the whole process hassle-free. Went in to trade in my 2016 Ram 1500 with 83,000 miles on it. Was trying to get a 2020 Nissan Rouge that $21,600. I owe less than what they were asking for the car.My husband and I gave them a ballpark of what we wanted to pay a month. When the appraisal was done they offered $15,000 for my truck and add $10,000+ to the rouge walk out the door prices. When we negotiated 2-3 times and explaining exactly what I wanted,I was only offered more month and $1,000 add to what they were gonna give me for my truck. When we spoke to the manager, I was told the side view mirror is why they couldn’t give me any more money for my vehicle. The manager proceeded to tell my husband that, he would have difficulty sell my truck. They basically wanted my truck for free and wanted to makes us pay $10,000 extra for a car that was not worth that.When I explained to them I was gonna walk out of that dealership upside down on a brand new vehicle because a bank is not gonna finance that car for $31,000, because it is not worth that, I was basically told I was wrong. My truck is peak condition for the year model it is. For them to add $10,000 extra dollar to the new car was absolutely ridiculous. I have never in my life heard of a dealership ever doing that. Not to mention the fact they would not even try to work with my husband and was absolutely unprofessional. We will not do business here ever again.

Hands down the best Customer Service I’ve ever had at ANY Dealership. David in the service department is friendly, knowledgeable, & honest. Everyone there is helpful and friendly. I highly recommend them.

I really love my Nissan Rogue, and the professionalism of the staff. My sales representative was great (Donnie Mooney), and he has great sense of humor, the maintenance manager was also very nice, I loved his personality as well. Overall, everyone was great! I love Nissans vehicles! The detail manager was also great, and so was his personality:]

It was one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made to get a car from Nissan!!! John Lewis rushed the paperwork & Dakota from finances said everything was good to go! Fast forward 2 months later they said everything was wrong n we had to return the car back!!! We took it back & still have yet to receive our money back!!! They are scams!!! Don’t go there ever stay away!!! Take your money & business else where!!!! They just want your money!!! Will never go there again!!!
