Don't buy a car from here, go somewhere else there are many more options. The managers and sales people are swindlers that care nothing about you as a customer only about their money!

I went to Avery Auto Sale( down from the mall)in Anniston/Oxford to look at a Tahoe that I had seen on the Website. As soon as I pulled up James came right out and offered to help me he was so nice and really helpful. He gave me the directions to the other location where the Vehicle I was wanting to test drive was located. I’m so grateful for his patience and guidance. As I pulled up at the other location it took over 5min for someone to finally come out and when he did I didn’t feel as if he really wanted to sale me a Tahoe that day. I checked it out and left. I probably won’t be going back but I did appreciate JAMES for his help.. Big shout out to him for being an awesome guy.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! CARS ARE TRASH! THEY TELL YOU TO COME BACK IN A COUPLE OF DAYS TO PICK UP PAPERWORK. THEY RIGGED THE PAPERWORK & OVERPRICE THE CARS!!! CARS DONT LAST LONG. (CURTIS WAS MY SALEMAN) Told me that I would get a referral fee , never received it. Also they never fixed my windshield nor my door that they promised me they would. IF YOU KNOW BEST…. BETTER STAY AWAY… BAD BUSINESS

Yes today I came in from Kentucky to check out a car for my son who really wanted this car. I made two trips there the first was at the car lot in Oxford yesterday and today in Anniston. We was ready to purchase a car that the bank has approved the amount that Micheal asked. All I had to do was write a check at but He would not let me test drive the car because I am black and thought we was shaded. I am highly disappointed in the way Micheal handled the situation. I was not there to steal a car when I had my mother and niece in the car. Mike come has gotten in the car with me if he suspected that. I will not advise anyone to do business with Avery Auto in Anniston Alabama.

Do not buy anything from them. I should have known better. Bought a truck here back in December. I already spent about 11,000 TO FIX one thing after another. I told them I was getting it to start a trucking business. I really needed this truck. The worst part is they know what kind of cars they sell people. Mine had a blown head gasket, turbo was messed up, brakes messed up, abs problem, old tires and so on. They are kind to you then turn on you after the deal is done.

I bought a car from these people and 2 days after getting it home it has problems after problems so I took it to the dealership and it's almost 5,000$ worth of work, was told this car was never wrecked so I pulled the car fax myself and it has so was lied to about that. They expect me to just let this car sit for 30-45 days until my warranty goes into effect to fix the issues when this is my only way of going and also has a bad tire with wires hanging out of it. Pouring power steering fluid because it needs a new rack n pinon, plus shocks,plus brakes and rotors,a new module for a canaster, I guess they just think people are made of money they do not inspect there cars I took it up there and the man that supposeable looks at them said nothing bad is wrong with it that's when I proceeded to take it to the dealership and 5,000$ worth of work. Do not buy a car here. I should have read all the reviews first.

Bought a truck from this place less than a year ago and have had an oil leak, coolant leak, body control module had to be replaced, serpentine belt snapped off, tensioner pulley had to be replaced, passenger door rod broke, radio went out, spark plugs went bad, coil packs were bad, had to change the lifters and cam shaft, started a pretty rough idle, and now my ignition switch is out. They have refused to help with any of the issues after telling me they could. Don’t recommend getting anything from here.

Very shady people down here, bought a car and transmission messed up hours after having it, so called finance company and stopped the loan so these crooked theifs couldn’t get anymore money then they already have took it back a couple days later and they won’t give $500 downpayment back because they said they replaced tires with used tires. They must really be hurting for money. Stay away from this place, and don’t deal with sawyer he is full of sinful lies.
