They were great at first but not now. I have been waiting for over 2 weeks for my delivery that has been paid in full. Can't talk to anyone local anymore, it's a call center and very frustrating

11 days and still no delivery although I was promised delivery yesterday. We are now completely out with no hot water and no supplemental heat during a hard freeze. Customer service has no clue and can never speak to someone local. I will be switching to a local company come Monday.

I am thoroughly dissatisfied with Amerigas. I have rented a tank from them for 23 years and no one will come out to just paint the tank that is rusting. They say they have no local techs in my area, which is Odenville, Al. and they have also said it is my responsibility. According to their written policy I am not responsible for tank, however I can get no service from them to paint the tank. I pay rental on tank annually just so it can sit out there and rust!! Totally upset with this company!

Wow what a sorry company. From what it was a few years ago. So we ordered gas about 2 months ago. We got our gas. About 10 days later. And they didn't leave a notice saying they delivered our gas. We was less 5%. We was cutting our heat on and for a week in a bedroom! . Just to keep from freezing!. After a week i when out to the check my tank it was full. So yall made my family stay in a single room for about 7 to 8 days. With out one single notice! What a shame!I love every one but when I ask for English I expect it.. not a broken English speaker.. so get yall stuff together or I'll start a petition ( to get all of our tanks removed FOR FREE) and contact the BBB.

Absolutely HORRIBLE !!! Can’t get anyone on the phone that speaks English and takes 30 min on the phone to get you tanks filled. HORRIBLE company to deal with

Iv been dealing with this company for 4 years now. But this year has absolutely sucked. This company has gone down hill super bad. This will be my last time using this company for services. I'll be pulling my tank out this summer and replacing it. I'm done with this company.. how you gonna charge me 300 for gas and tell me its going to 7 to 15days bf we get it. When normally it would take a day or two for delivery. We have contacted the corporate office. I hope yall can get it together real soon. And if you own your property I'd pull my tank to. Just a sorry company all together. 3.9 on Google great job.

Their service is just about as bad as it gets. We had a tank that leaked that they would not service. They still have not come to pick up their tank after 18 months. If you have any other option go with it.

It is becoming almost impossible to become an Ameri Gas customer . I scheduled on the 8th of this month and the soonest appt was on the 17th for a safety inspection which you didn't show for. I've been on the phone every day since then having to be on hold sometimes up to an hour at a time. After days of doing this finally got someone out for inspection that you didn't show for the first time as mentioned, that was on Monday and I still have no propane and had to spend Christmas with me and my kids freezing because it's 19 degrees outside. Thanks a lot Ameri Gas you really care about your customers or someone trying to become a customer anyway. I was told you would be delivering today and that hasn't happened either. I guess we will just have to deal with it and freeze tonight as well or go get a motel. I hope all your customers don't get the same treatment we have. Merry Christmas!!!!

Tried to get a quote for a tank to supply standby generator. I wasn't even given an option to purchase a tank as it may only be filled a time or two a year.Zero help or options provided.

great people , the delivery driver was great. He even helped me move a heavy piece of porch furniture while he was here . We really appreciate Heritage Propane .

I bought a trailer that had a propane tank already on the property, the previously owner had a past due bill. I have absolutely nothing to do with that. Now the district manager is telling me that my 6 year old daughter has got to stay cold because heritage propane wont let me have a account with them. How fair is that.

Hey Heritage, Just wanted to let you know that your guy delivered 200 gallons of propane to me on Monday of this week. He was very courteous, professional and did a great job checking for leaks on my tank and was also very careful when pulling the truck onto my property. He also took the time to explain to me exactly what he was doing while providing the service. Some drivers, from companies I won't mention here, are in such a hurry that they miss things and tear up the yard! Not your guy, he did an outstanding job in all respects.
