Walmart Hampton Cove is awesome I was with another pharmacy who for some reason couldn’t get my insulin however Walmart Pharmacy got it overnight what I kept waiting for with the other pharmacy. Type One diabetes cannot do without insulin I am sorry to say my former pharmacy didn’t understand this but Walmart did. I can rest easy that I have my insulin to live another 3 months without guessing. Thank You Walmart.

Other than price, there is no reason to go here. Clerks have poor attitudes and they are slow to get rx filled. Plus, you have to deal with going into a Walmart.

I approached the pick up window at 128. I was behind someone being helped. A man rudly told me they were on lunch. I told man that I live 1 hour away. The man told me sorry, you'll have to wait. So instead of doing something that would take 1 minute, I was made to wait 40. I was at the pharmacy before lunch. I've been the only one at this pharmacy for the entire time. Will not be back.

Today I was very distraught because the price of one of my medications went up. I live on a budget. A tech at the pharmacy named Kylie Clark took the extra time to help me with my RX card. She amongst other employees in that pharmacy have been wonderful to my family. I highly suggest them!

Line doesn't last that long. The ladies are sweet. Never had issues there. Forgot my prescription card but they were sweet and found my info for me in the system. Pharmacists are nice too.

I have multiple prescriptions at the Sparkman drive Wal mart. I have called to get them transferred here 5 times and apparently they are incapable of communicating with other Wal mart pharmacies. customer service here is not on point here.

They need to get it together. I dropped off my prescription and the lady checked to make sure they still had it in stock. She told me they did and it would be 30 minutes. 1 hour later I go to pick it up and a gentleman tells me it will be 15 more minutes. Ok cool. I shop about 20 more minutes and then go back. Then I’m told they don’t have it in stock, of course I lost it on them at that point. Oh wait now they do have it in stock magically and I just have to wait another 20 minutes. Will never go back.

Never opens up on time. Wasted a lot of time waiting on the pharmacist with key. Johna Bhan is the pharmacist in charge. It wasn't her fault. I'm in line right now waiting on this dude to get to work. His name is Ravi. It's 10:20. He finally walks in. The other 4 employees are waiting too. One lady asks, where have you been.? He threatens to send her home. No apologies to anyone. What a narcissistic reaction to wasting everyone's time. Who does this? This dude does not need to be working with the public.
