I would give this Walgreens location 0 stars if I could, their pharmacy is horrible. They are slow, even when you order ahead, don’t want you to wait, are terribly rude, and one of their pharmacists have caused a family member to go without their prescribed blood thinner. That’s literally life or death medicine if not taken in time and they do not care because they think they’re smarter than a MD. It’s absurd. This pharmacy should be shut down.

AVOID! Made an appointment for Covid shot. Upon arrival, I am told they are behind schedule because they accept walk-ins and they are short-staffed. You would think if they are short-staffed they would NOT accept walk-ins. I asked if I can be called at my appointment time and ahead of the many walk-ins, and was told "no". What's the point? The one star, which I HAD to give, goes to the nice gentleman whose unfortunately duty it was to share the Walgreens' nonsense policy to allow walk-ins before appointments.

Horrible time management! Took 1 over hour to get my mothers shingle shot. Only 5 people in the pharmacy area. Techs claimed “only 2 of us here” and kept talking about personal conversations instead of waiting on customers. We waited over 30 minutes to get the paperwork for the shot. When asked the tech responded “sometimes it’s quick and others it’s not” This is place needs to get it together! I personally worked in pharmacy and know how it works. What they claimed was nothing more than excuses. CORPORATE NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS LOCATION! ASAP!

I swear you can just walk out of this store with whatever you want. I waited at the counter for almost 30 minutes before an employee eventually came up. This isn't the first time either. Very slow service, and you can never find anyone for the photo area.

The staff are all rude. They are slow & seem to not care. Seem to be inconvenienced by any question or request. Today we finally move to a different pharmacy after being unhappy with them for 2 years.

This is not my usual Walgreens. It is the one I use when visiting family, and every time, WITHOUT FAIL, I am astonished at how bad this location is. Shame on me for using it again, but I do not understand. I stood in line to pick up a prescription for over 30 minutes with only 5 people in line. Each customer, it took them over 5 minutes to even come back with the med. I find the technicians never know what they are talking about. When I talk to people around Huntsville about this place they all say the same thing, “ That one is the worst!”Walgreens at large needs to look into this location and consider better training of their pharmacy employees.

I would give ZERO stars if I could. Incredibly rude staff. After I waited for 15 minutes on hold, the pharmacist on the phone was incredibly rude when I asked her to look up my prescription. I will find out her name and report her. Completely unprofessional and rude. If you don't like your job or your job is understaffed, DO NOT TAKE IT OUT ON YOUR PAYING CUSTOMERS. Absolutely unacceptable.

Worst pharmacy, RUDE staff, ridiculously LONG wait times and lines.Editing: This pharmacy gave me the wrong Rx with albuterol ticket attached. I'm struggling to breathe and their accusing me of already picking it up when they literally gave me the wrong Rx 5 mins prior. These are BIG mistakes!! The level of incompetence is dangerous!! Officially going to CVS.

I am transferring my prescriptions- I can’t seem to get any service during my trips to the pharmacy, either inside or at the drive thru. I always have to wait an unreasonable amount of time, even when there is no one ahead of me. I rarely write poor reviews, but this is just consistently poor service.

Absolute worst pharmacy ever, if there was zero star option.. that would be my choice. Extremely unorganized and rude pharmacy staff. Lengthy waits whether you go in to store or wait in drive thru for over an hour. Only to get to the window to find that your prescriptions aren’t ready, even though I dropped them more than 3 hours prior, and now, no pharmacist on site to fill the prescription. And it’s only 630pm. Do not waste your time with your pharmacy.Edited to say… this is not monthly prescriptions that can be done ahead of time. Antibiotics that are needed when dropped.

Today was the third time I have tried to pick up a prescription I have been out of. Various reasons/excuses from the staff every time I have waited in line over the past week. The female employee at the window today was on her phone scrolling through Facebook or whatever she was on and would never look at me through the glass. I was told last week they would have it ready for me in two days. I go back today and am told it will now be February 3rd.I give up on this location and will be moving my prescriptions.

This is the most poorly run pharmacy I have ever seen. Prescription sent today: they can't get to it until tomorrow. Prescription sent over yesterday: they haven't filled it and have no estimate. Prescription sent over 2 days ago: still not filled but will be ready "soon". Prescription sent over 3 days ago: Sorry, we don't have any prescriptions for you. I have signed up for text messages multiple times but haven't received any from this location. There is always a long line in the drive thru and in the store. The staff is extremely rude and you can tell they are understaffed and poorly managed. They really do not care that some people need their medicine to live. I mentioned it to my primary care doctor's staff so I could change pharmacies and they said, "they have constant issues with this location" and recommended I use literally any other pharmacy in town.

I honestly don't have any issues with Walgreens, just the pharmacy staff. I've tried to refill my son's prescription for 2 days now. I called twice and staff picks up the phone but all I hear is them talking on the background about their personal lives and then I go back on hold. Even if someone tells me "Can I place you on hold?" would make a difference. I've even have gone to the desk and they said to come back in 2 hours, we did. And they had nothing ready.
