Went to pick out paint for our house right before closing (I know, we were THOSE people). The African American gentleman with the big beard (I forgot his name) treated us exceptionally well. He was patient, kind, courteous, and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He kept the store open an extra half hour for us and helped us find the perfect colors for our new home. Absolutely the single best paint shopping experience of our lives. I regret I don’t recall his name to highlight his work ethic better. A fantastic representative for Sherman Williams and I highly encourage anyone looking for paint to shop at this location.

Ellie was SO helpful and kind! She knew exactly what colors I was looking for, and helped me with any questions I had in a very friendly manner. Great customer service, the shop was tidy, and I was able to get what I needed quickly.

From my experience, the people working here are not really all that knowledgeable about the products as they should be. Really frustrating. Really really frustrating. It was two guys who couldn’t answer basic questions. Yalls paint is too damn expensive to not be training your staff. I went to Benjamin Moore instead.
