I was in need of a great business account for my cleaning business and I found it here at regions at Owens cross Rd.Ben Graham set my account up and was so respectful so helpful so kind double checked all information put into the computer which I noticed and I definitely appreciated that.a beautiful young lady named Rosie also works there and she was giving me pamphlets and info on payroll/hr services I can get right there both of them was so sweet and helpful to me I just fell in love with them because they went beyond customer service treated me like family.i highly recommend they get a raise because they are definitely a asset to regions bank they will bring in more customers.with that being said if anyone wants a Great bank and a great banking experience go see Ben and Rosie at owens cross Rd highly recommend thanks guys for your great service

I opened my business banking account with Regions in 2020. When I transitioned from a DBA to an LLC in 2023, I needed to open a new bank account for my business. While there was a slight hiccup with the transaction, Carol was more than happy to assist me and promptly corrected the issue. She even called me to follow up and ensure that everything was resolved satisfactorily. Additionally, she provided valuable advice on options to establish my business credit. If you’re local, I highly recommend using this Regions branch for your business needs.

Worst customer service ever! I called and left msgs for both Winston the branch mgr and Carol the customer service agent the minute they opened on Thursday the 9th with a very urgent matter (I was told they were both 'busy') and by wed following week no one had returned my call. I had to call a different branch to get assistance with time sensitive issue. This is not the 1st issue either, I have more issues with this branch in 2 1/2 years then any other bank in last 40 yrs of banking. While Carol is friendly she is not knowledgeable, when i opened my money market account I was given misinformation and had to call another branch again to get the correct information. The tellers have always been friendly here.

I have been a long time customer of Regions and have no desire to change banks. Customer service is very good and even though they are sometimes understaffed, my relationship with this bank has been excellent.

I have been locked out of my account for a week now and nobody could explain why. I tried to log in with facial recognition and it told me the account was locked and to call the 1-800 number and I did but they told me to go to my local branch and all they could do was put in a ticket and it "could take a couple of days." Someone has explained why and if one of the two people had correctly answered my questions two weeks ago I wouldn't have had to go through all this mess. Blaming the computer for not notifying the employees where the problem originally came up. How about if your employees know theirs jobs and can correctly answer specific questions when they are asked.v

I would like to give a HUGE thank you to the Owens Cross Rds Branch Manager/ Assistant Vice President Clint Irby.My husband and I went to see him 2 xs this past week to get help with my small business account and information regarding SBA loans. The ATM took a $1900 cash deposit, and then it shut down completely. It showed the balance in my account until the next morning, then $1900 just evaporated out of my account. Now it’s 3 days later and they have no idea where my money is. They also have done nothing to help. They said 24-48 hours while transferring me back and forth to the Pensacola call center. They are now saying they have a 3rd party handling the ATM. The irony is that they have called and emailed persistently on a negative account balance within 1 day, but can’t locate my money. They have a lack of determination to solve the issue, but they have a lot of BS excuses. They don’t actually care about their customers. They care about THEIR money. If I had $1900 too much put into my account it would’ve been addressed in less than one day. As soon as this nightmare is over I no longer use them, and I will tell everyone on every review platform I can.
