We love Petsense Owen’s Cross Roads! I have been taking my two pups there for about two years now, and I am so grateful for the convenience and quality grooming staff! I was really sad to see a few of my favorite employees go, but we are still loyal customers! Keep it up!

Great customer service . Great staff and eager to help. The new store manager was very helpful in suggesting a new food for my dog.

The staff was excellent. They don't yet carry Fresh Pet products and they didn't have what I went in looking for, but I will go back if I need specialty pet products in the future
