I usually bath/cut my std poodle but had a shoulder replaced recently so scheduled an appt at Mann Vet Hosp. about 6 weeks out. The day of the appt. there was an ice storm. They cancelled the appt. which I understand. A number of days thereafter I called to reschedule and they said they were still shut down. A few days after I called again to get in for an appt. and they said they were booked 8 weeks in advance so the soonest they could work my dog in was about one month away. I said can't you schedule my dog in sooner.. They said they would call, to which I never received a call. Since then have scheduled my dog in elsewhere.. Obviously Mann is not concerned about his customer service dept. Obviously they don't care about their customers either. I will never darken the doors of this facility after such a rude and inconsiderate response or should I say lack of response. I wonder if the Vet side of the business is this lousy???

LOVE Mann Vet Hospital. I've had the pleasure of taking all of my pets to Dr. Manns office. Each of the Doctors have been amazing to my family and our fur babies. They took extra care of our old lady when it was her time to cross the rainbow bridge. They didn't pressure us to make a choice or hurry us out. I have one pup who gets extremely excited at the vet and needs meds to calm him down. I call a couple days before an appointment and they give me meds to calm him for the appointment. They never treat me any different when I bring my crazy dog in verse when I bring either of my other dogs in. Everyone is always excited to see my pups when I bring them in (even the crazy one).

UNPROFESSIONAL RACKETIn September I called Mann as a first-time customer to book my dog in to be boarded. I inquired what was required for him to stay there and was told explicitly that he’d only require vaccinations to stay there. That’s it. I booked him in and had his vet records sent over from his regular vet. I authorized Mann to administer any necessary vaccinations. When I picked my dog up, the bill was $320 for 3 days. Reading over the bill, I noticed Mann had administered some vaccines which I had no problem with. However, in addition to the vaccines, Mann took it upon themselves to run up $120 in superfluous vet charges including a wellness visit, a fecal sample, and heartworm test. My dog's vet records clearly showed he had been to the vet twice in the previous 60 days, the last time not even 3 weeks prior to him arriving there. He did not require a wellness visit, a fecal sample, or heartworm test. I complained and was told they were required in order to board the dog there. I complained that none of these were disclosed over the phone and that I was told only vaccines were required. I got nowhere and left.I was so annoyed by the charges, I went back a week later and complained again, showing them the vet records demonstrating having been at the vet twice in the previous 60 days. They were nice enough to return the money for the wellness visit and I could live with that and was willing to return. For the record, I never received any kind of report or results from the wellness visit or tests. During this visit, I also inquired if there’d by any additional requirements for a future stay in October and was informed he’d need a flu booster vaccine. I even brought my second dog in two weeks ago for a vet appointment and again inquired about booking for both of my dogs in October where they acknowledged the overcharging situation and credit from my previous visit.Today I called in to book my dog’s October stay and I was told that Mann would no longer be able to board my dog because he got aggressive. No specifics of any incident. I’m not saying they’re lying, but I have never seen this behavior from my dog. He is an aggressive lover. Why was I not informed there was an incident when I picked him up, when I discussed the overcharging on two separate occasions, when I was issued a partial refund for superfluous charges, when I brought my other dog in and inquired about boarding both of them together? You have a responsibility to inform me of any incident that occurs with my dog. I'm paying you to watch my dog.You had so many opportunities to disclose this incident and failed to do so. I asked why I wasn’t informed when I picked him up and he said, “Well, I don’t think we got a chance to talk.” We talked several times about overcharging and was issued a refund. We talked, extensively. You failed to disclose that if your dog doesn’t go to there for vet services, that you will be charged you for a wellness visit, fecal sample, and heartguard test as an “entry fee” in order to board there regardless how many vet visits you can demonstrate your dog has had or preventatives he’s already on.You can also stop emailing me to bring my “aggressive” dog in for booster shots….since he’s too “aggressive.” An unprofessional racket!

Very kind individuals, had to put my cat down a couple days ago and everyone I interacted with handled the situation with so much kindness. Can't wait until I get a chance to bring my other cat in for a regular check up.

Best vet ever!! We had five dogs at one time and now down to three. Doc Mann is kind hearted and cares as much about his animal patients as he does his clientele. Always makes time for emergency issues. Our family just loves ❤️ him and his staff!! Impeccable services and forever customer ? ? ?

Nice facility seen by public. The staff seems friendly. However, I brought my dog for an evaluation for daycare & they didn't even give her a thorough evaluation... only talked w/me and reviewed vet notes. While my dog has a couple mild special needs, she is great meeting other dogs & people & loves kids too! Very disappointed in the evaluation process & not the best impression. I was even looking to switch vets & now I won't be doing that with Mann Vet hospital either.
