I usually bath/cut my std poodle but had a shoulder replaced recently so scheduled an appt at Mann Vet Hosp. about 6 weeks out. The day of the appt. there was an ice storm. They cancelled the appt. which I understand. A number of days thereafter I called to reschedule and they said they were still shut down. A few days after I called again to get in for an appt. and they said they were booked 8 weeks in advance so the soonest they could work my dog in was about one month away. I said can't you schedule my dog in sooner.. They said they would call, to which I never received a call. Since then have scheduled my dog in elsewhere.. Obviously Mann is not concerned about his customer service dept. Obviously they don't care about their customers either. I will never darken the doors of this facility after such a rude and inconsiderate response or should I say lack of response. I wonder if the Vet side of the business is this lousy???

1. Dr Mann is rude a$$. 2. misdiagnosed my dog and allowed her to suffer 3. Overcharges - one highest priced clinics and runs up the bill to the max to pay for his new building

We just moved here and needed a vet. Mann Veterinary was recommended. So glad. What a great place. We saw Dr. Nunnelley was great. The whole staff was fantastic. So happy we found this place.

AWFUL boarding service for senior dogs!!! This is the new location on 431! We had our senior dog stay here for 4 days. We left specific instructions, nothing complicated: can of wet food a day, joint vitamins, and a sleeping pad. Couldn't even do that! We returned to find these items untouched and unused!!! So furious! I never write reviews but had to warn others with senior dogs!!! I have never seen such disrespect and disregard for senior dogs! The workers are barely competent, they can hardly follow simple instructions! I swear they hire anybody off the street!!! I am very disappointed in this service-- it is a disgrace. If they treat elderly animals with such neglect, how good of a service can they be?! We will NOT be returning here EVER. BEWARE!

Dr Mann and his staff are very personal and treat your fur baby like it was their own. They don’t rush you in and out like a lot do and I have never really wanted more than a couple minutes to get back to a room.

We have been going to Dr. Mann since he started practicing. He and his staff are wonderful. Our family just recently lost our dog Sadie and Dr. Mann and his staff were awesome. They took such good care of her.
