I’m about 3 weeks behind on writing this review, but I hope the helpful and kind employee, Kam, sees this! Back in mid September I had previously used my local USPS to send certified mail requiring a signature for important legal documents, and the USPS somehow lost track of the mail (tracking said “in transit delay in delivery date” for weeks and still to this day it has not been located and is still “in transit”…to B’HAM!l)! So the first week of Oct I went into this Mail Pro and was greeted by a smiling face (KAM). I explained how important my document delivery was and asked for her recommendations. She was so knowledgeable about all of the different mail and delivery options, and she recommended the best option for me. I printed 4 pages as well as shipped out an express package and the cost was extremely reasonable! My package was delivered and signed for during the exact day and time frame that she said it would be. I knew that if there was an issue with delivery, they handle it all from their store and that was a relief to me! The owner came out and introduced himself and I told him that his employee was great. I told them both I’d leave a review online but life has been quite hectic so I’m a little late doing it. Bottom line is, I received excellent service from a very professional and knowledgeable employee. I’ll definitely go back for any other printing or shipping needs! Well done, Kam!

Would not recommend. Individual at counter was very rude to customer that had been waiting in drive thru and had to come in since no one would come to drive thru. She stated her “customers” were the ones inside the store not the drive thru. Accused customer of “tossing” package at her when that was not the case at all. Package was heavy and customer was wearing a boot on her right leg (which was why she was using drive thru) and she was trying to get it on the counter. I pointed out that the customer did not do that and she argued and kept on with it. I was appalled and told her I would not be staying to mail packages after how rude she was to customer and she said she didn’t care so I drove over the mountain to the UPS store.

Rude & Unhelpful Customer Service.
I didn’t purchase packing supplies from them the first time I went in, then when I came back they refused to ship my UPS package or take my QR Code despite being an Authorized UPS Shipper, no explanation from the woman at the front at all other than they just “couldn’t do it” (despite their site & UPS’ site stating otherwise)
All around disappointing service, if you can’t offer what you’re advertising you shouldn’t have it listed on UPS’ website as such. Don’t waste your time coming here.

I went in there today for the first time ( I had to, I used to avoid after some interesting experiences), and wow what a difference. Must be new owners and the remodel is great. Nice employees and new hours. I will be back.

The service at this business is awesome. Never a long wait and the staff are always helpful. Justin helps me often and always has a warm greeting and welcoming smile. The staff are always patient and kind. I love the fact I can drop off boxes at the doorway and be on my way if I don’t need a receipt or other assistance. It is awesome to have a business like this in the Cove.
