Largely, a self-service location. From finding the merchandise to checking out, it's help yourself. Employees that are present are not customer oriented--they seem inclined to walk in the opposite direction when they see a customer. Getting any assistance requires persistence and patience. There are employees in the store but they seem to be either overworked or inclined to pursue other interests.

I am giving this 5 star rating to EMMA @ store 2451 . I had ordered a product 02/14/24 , paid by cc & was not delivered @ all , could not get any info. , from anyone regarding this order !Today is 03/21/24 without delivery or any kind of communication from anyone !! I called today , fortunately got Emma & she got it all figured out !! Thank you !!Now , I am a happy customer , again !!

Beyond frustration... trying to purchase a sheet of birch that needs cutting - the store's saw has been out of service for WEEKS, and now I'm told the work order has a repair date of 3/28/24, almost 2 weeks away.WHAT A WAY TO RUN A HOME IMPROVEMENT BUSINESS!

ONLY self checkout option! NO cashiers to check out customers. You either check yourself out or you don’t buy. They will be taking out the registers that used to be manned by a person.I don’t work, or get paid by Lowe’s, so why do I have to work like an employee to make a purchase?Plus, I’m not trained on the register, so what if I missed something?I don’t get a discount for checking out my own items… Nor do they offer any incentive for self check out.this is some of the reason why people just order online nowadays.

Just left this location disappointed. Went to get a color match done. The gentleman at the paint center named Jim was very helpful but their scanner was having issues. He went and got a lead person. She looked at the issue for all of maybe 30 secs. She then said she needed to get a manager on duty to look at it. Waited 20 minutes only to be told “I guess she’s not interested in helping customers tonight. I’ve tried 4 times to get her up here.” Jim was very apologetic. Disappointed in the way management handled this situation.

My husband always go buy his work things here. We bought our washer and dryer on Black Friday, good deals and discounts. We applied for credit cards abs we got another discount. The upgraded our order for free since our order is not available. The lady help us makes things good.

Good luck trying to get a curbside pickup - waited 50 minutes at 7 pm just to have to cancel because no one could find my simple order that was confirmed and ready to pickup. Try waiting that long with a tired toddler.

We needed three replacement fire extinguishers for our church. I checked online and found a commercial grade extinguisher at 30% off and its location in the store. I drove to our local Lowe's and picked them up. I saved another 5% by using out Lowe's card. Thanks much...Dr. Bill
