I’m beyond furious with Lowe’s! I placed an order for flooring, paid **$2,808**, and then Lowe’s **canceled my order** by mistake on the same day without any notice. To add insult to injury, they expect me to pay **again** before I can pick up the same flooring, while they sit on my $2808 for **up to 10 days** before refunding me.
This is completely unacceptable and a clear sign of how little Lowe’s values their customers. They take your money in an instant but can’t manage to fulfill an order (in store inventory) or process a refund in a timely manner. I not shop at this Lowe’s again and strongly suggest that others avoid this place if you don’t want to deal with this kind of hassle.

I’ve been here many many times before, and have always been pleased with the worker there. But today, i was having a bad experience ever at lowes with the store manager - Ron. He was on the phone with other worker and whatever they said made he mad, turned around he was not happy with us at the whole times we were there. NO HELPED AT ALL.

Disappointing customer service experience today. Broke my first Kobalt hand tool. Went to exchange it for their hassell free lifetime warranty. Everything started out ok, I was told to grab a new wrench and they’d do the exchange. Unfortunately the size I needed to replace was not in stock in the drawer. When I went back to the customer service counter to inquire about other options: (ordering one, opening a set, etc) I was simply told to check at another Lowes. The next nearest store is 20 minutes away. This is obviously a 1st world problem, but walked away rather disappointed with my service today. No effort to resolve the issue.

Service here has recently become non existent. I walked in to buy paint but there was no one at the paint counter. I saw another customer waiting. She finally went to customer service to request someone help her with paint. She still had to continue to wait another 10-15 minutes before anyone showed up. I went about shopping for other items but quickly went to paint counter as I saw the employee begin to walk away. I told her I need some paint also. She seemed totally put off that she had to help mix my small can of paint. I did however see 3 employees back in flooring just standing around talking with one another. What is going on here?? The plants looked horrible back in May. As if no one was taking the time to water them. Oh and forget about finding a cashier. That’s a do it yourself job to. Not one cashier at the registers. It’s sad that I’m going to need to go elsewhere for my home improvement items that require assistance.

I have to say Thank you to the young man that helped me today. I hope I get the name right. Trevor was very helpful helping me to find a good motion sensor light and also helped me to find the light bulbs I needed.

I needed 8 items between plumbing and electrical. They only had 4, so I just left and drove 45 minutes to discount building supply. They actually keep a well stocked inventory.

Stock count is never accurate here. Can never find what I need and always have to go to Home Depot in S Huntsville to get what I was looking for. 13 ground rods in inventory and zero on the floor, associate all shoulders.

Largely, a self-service location. From finding the merchandise to checking out, it's help yourself. Employees that are present are not customer oriented--they seem inclined to walk in the opposite direction when they see a customer. Getting any assistance requires persistence and patience. There are employees in the store but they seem to be either overworked or inclined to pursue other interests.

I am giving this 5 star rating to EMMA @ store 2451 . I had ordered a product 02/14/24 , paid by cc & was not delivered @ all , could not get any info. , from anyone regarding this order !Today is 03/21/24 without delivery or any kind of communication from anyone !! I called today , fortunately got Emma & she got it all figured out !! Thank you !!Now , I am a happy customer , again !!

Beyond frustration... trying to purchase a sheet of birch that needs cutting - the store's saw has been out of service for WEEKS, and now I'm told the work order has a repair date of 3/28/24, almost 2 weeks away.WHAT A WAY TO RUN A HOME IMPROVEMENT BUSINESS!
