For those looking for service, let me share my story with Surfside, online adds say free estimate, free quotes, and no unexpected expenses with advance notice of fees. Called about AC not working they came out, found out what was wrong quoted what i thought was a high price. And when i said i was going to check around they said he had to bill me for service call for $150, that i could get back if i used them for service, no choice but to pay. I called company to complain and got the run around, someone would call me back, no luck pictures show thier claim free estimates. And quotes no fees that are not explained upfront but when i shopped around for better pricing, they charge a fee. Classic bait and switch, false advertising...

After taking a direct lightning, strike my air conditioning unit and other household items quit working. I called Surfside heating and cooling and they were at my door the following morning at 7:50 AM. They got my system working after a few short hours they were very professional, courteous and expedited, my cooling as quickly as possible since we were having heat advisory days at no end. A few weeks later because of the same issue my AC completely stopped working. Therefore, I had to replace my entire system. They were out immediately to install my new system. Everyone who has served me from the office staff to the field Staff has been completely professional, courteous and friendly, and made sure all of my needs were met I received a very fair price on all the work that I’ve had done. They even offer a 10 year parts and labor warranty at a minimal cost so I don’t have to worry about my AC or heating for 10 years. I also had them install a UV light in my system to prevent mold and allergens in my home.They keep you in the communication loop via phone calls and text messages which was very helpful and they answered my calls quickly. I highly recommend Surfside heating and cooling and will continue to use them for all of my service needs.

They had the best price out of 3 other companies! Patrick was great and gave me a quote on a new unit and even made some recommendations for a few rooms I was concerned about with the air flow. Chris was great on the phone with explaining the financing options and scheduling the installation for the next day. They were fast, easy, and affordable! Definitely recommend.Services: Install AC

Surfside saved the day after my air conditioner unit went out in the scorching heat. They came and installed a new unit the next day! Leroy also took the time to call me and answer all my questions. Thanks Surfside for doing such a great job!

charged $475 to run camera in pipes & said only grease. another plumber ran cameras & showed me what was stuck in pipe & pipe busted, causing grease buildup. don't recommend. also, called same company to evaluate AC. said too small for the space & promised to write up toshow landlord. never did, even after 3 follow up calls. just as well, wrong about that as well. A competent hvac technician said installed incorrectly so blowing a lot if air outside instead of inside. If you want to waste time & money, call Surfside.

My grandparents are in their late 90's with my grandfather recently placed on hospice. I requested some freon servicing on their AC and asked to please get it done the same day, if possible, during to their age and health. The guys showed up at 9pm, after working all day, and got it done! Great company that takes care of their community! God Bless!Service: A/C system maintenance

Had them replace my hot water heater. They came and gave me an estimate on site everyone else tried to give me a estimate over the phone without actually seeing the job entailed. Came back the next day and did a great job. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.
