It was very bright and open. It's a great stop to get your souvenirs. I was impressed with how neat and orderly it was. I could see the entire store and find my husband by looking across the building.
Very cute items for everyone. Prices were better than Alvin's. We also received a coupon that started the next day, so we can actually use it.

Great place for souvenirs and t-shirts. Most t-shirts are my three get one free. Very helpful staff very reasonably priced.

Beware!!!!! This place is a rip off!
The marquee sign out front stated, buy one pair of Hey Dude’s, get the second pair 50% off. When we checked out, they both rang up full price. We had already used our card when we noticed the error. We asked the cashier and she said the sign was broken and it was wrong. We complained and said we want our money back. She got the manager who told us the same thing and refused to refund us anything. Store policy is no refunds, only store credit. It was not our fault that “the sign was broken”. We will never shop there again!

Their deals DO NOT ring up! You had better watch when your checking out or you will pay full price for ALL items no matter the "SALE" they are running. Multiple people had this issue when we were there tonight....and the associates running the registers have no clue how to fix any of it.

Don't go here unless you like waiting in line for 20min. I went here twice today. Employee seem to be taking their sweet time. The 2nd time I went, 10 customers in line...only 2 registers open and 4 employees standing at the counter. Ridiculous.

I wish I could give this place a zero star review. I remember a couple years ago surf style used to be such a good place to go to for cheap beach accessories and clothing, but now it's extremely overpriced, and the quality isn't even that good. But that wasn't even the main problem, the customer service is what really pissed me off. When we went to this surf style we were just returning some beach chairs we didn't even use. But when we went up to go return them we found out you could only get store credit, and NO returns. Nowhere in the store was that advertised. Eventually when we used our store credit the lady that helped us was very rude and sassy towards my family and I. She clearly didn't give a care in the world about anything, and when we had a problem she just kinda said "I don't know" and just gave up and shoved our stuff into the bag. And let me say that every employee that helped checking out our stuff had to go get the manager because they clearly didn't know what they were doing. We had no actual help when needed just a lot of "I don't know". We will definitely not be coming back to this surf style ever again, and I hope they get some real employees who know how to do their job!
