Gave us a expired coffee drink and said we were lying then said we don't know how to drink a coffee, it was the manager. She didn't refund or apologize just blamed us the coffee had lumps and was separated she said "have you shaked it" of course we did we even bought a new one to show the difference.

Every time I stopped in there staff is more and more rude every time I go in there. Been a customer of all Summit stations for many many years including this one. today is the last day I will ever stop at The Summit in Orange Beach I'll run out of gas first

Main door lock. I ask why not put a sign on it lock She said people are stupid to try to keep trying to come in that door. Told her I did not know about the other door and while there 10 people try to come in that door.

Stopped here at around 10:30 p.m. 4/19/21 and stood in line while for several minutes while one person behind the counter counted down a register and another person stared at their phone neither ever acknowledging there were people standing in line. I ended up just walking out.I've been shopping and getting gas here for years but never again after this. Hire better employees.

Went in the store today at 12:30pm. No one was at the register. I waited a good 15 minutes along with about 6 other people who were concerned about the person that was supposed to be working. The lady finally comes out and tells the gentleman in front of me that she won’t take his money for gas because he’s rude. I guess he was rude for bothering her while she’s supposed to be working. She refused him service so he left like a gentleman. The whole time she is talking in her phone while serving the people that waited for her. If I was the owner I would fire her immediately. Anyone would do a better job and prob protect the merchandise much better. The lady working is a joke.

Almost 2 dollars for a 32oz fountain drink? What a joke. They were out of almost all of the cups, and I had to get one out of a sleeve just sitting on the counter like they were too lazy to stock them. The water for the window washing squeegee was black and disgusting. Have some pride and clean up your store and pricing.

Casher was very rude and unfriendly. Did not say thank you. She acted like we were bothering her because we came into her store. Will never go back.

The fuel prices aren't as bloated as other stations near her. Not the cheapest, but not the highest. However, the layout is very difficult to navigate. Not much room between the pump lanes and only two pumps with diesel. Over any holiday, it is grid-locked. An accident waiting to happen. We didn't even pull in, after seeing the mess at the pumps.

If you find yourself cruising Perdido Beach Blvd and get a hint from that little annoying light on the dash followed by a faint "ding" you might want to pull into this tiny station to fuel up, hopefully you know which side of the car the fueling door is on especially if you're in a rental because you may only get one shot at getting to the pumps here. On the day I visited the patrons were about as creative as the Kama Sutra maneuvering to position their fuel access doors as close as possible to the nearest nozzle at the expense of anyone in their way. Fortunately I was in the Fiat and was able to fit in a space few would consider an option making getting in and out relatively painless. This station seems to be a popular venue for the locals who have no issue leaving their vehicles unattended in front of the pumps while going inside to wait in the exhausting line at the counter or the even longer line designated for the restrooms (that's definitely the line to avoid at all cost). I don't know how many fueling options there are on this stretch of the boulevard but something seems to draw the masses to this place, maybe it's the competitive gas prices or the price of a bag of ice. Hint - Just in case you don't know which side of the rental car the gas door is on you can always look at the fuel gauge on the dash, the little arrow next to the fuel level indicator is pointing towards the side of the vehicle the fuel door is on, yes quite the engineering feat...

Had to give it a one star. Wanted to give it a HUGE THUMBS DOWN! After spending an easy 200 dollars here in the week we stayed for vacation. Every single time we went in the morning the older African American male clerck was extremely rude to us. Just for asking questions!! His rude behavior continued all week. No trouble with the other clerks. They are all very polite. Just him for some reason.

They claim they have issues with the Shell Fuel Rewards system, but they turned it off. The other Shell stations in the area will still take Fuel Rewards.
