The manager mellisa I believe is her name is very rude and disrespectful bc she thought I cut someone in line that actually waved me infront of them she caused a whole argument that escalated to her telling me not to come back in the store when it all could have been avoided bc I told her multiple times that they let me in front and then she refused to sale tobacco to me or my mother after already seeing my ID and we argued and I'm no longer aloud there bc I told her she was a power happy "something" . She shouldn't even be able to be a manager when she's always that negative and angry.

Tara has a serious problem. She harasses me every time I step in the store. She is beyond disrespectful and stares me down the entire time I am in the store. Once again today she refused to let me shop and also kicked me out because I said I was not going to argue with her. This has been going on for months with just Tara!! This is Tara, avoid her at all cost she is a disgusting human being.

Boat was out of fuel so I stopped and put 15 gallons in, had to have my tank pumped because it was mostly water

AWFUL SERVICE. I was greeted with nothing but disrespect from the start to the end. I show up April 14th at 9:07 PM to get a f’real and fill up my truck. Well unfortunately all of the pumps were shut off so now I have to go inside to pay anyways but it was okay because I wanted a f’real anyways. I Decided to come to this gas station coming from LILLIAN AL because of the fact of them having the f’real machines and that’s a rare sight to see in gas stations. Well when I get to the door i find out it’s locked and the 2 men and 1 women closing were mopping and cleaning up. They had seen me and looked the other way so I went to the other door. The old man with a gray beard had told me through the door they are closed I said “really? Because the paper stuck to the glass says 5AM- 10PM on Sundays” so why are they closing an hour early! On top of the fact their PUMPS ARE TURNED OFF.
The man decided to ignore my statement and walked away ignoring me after saying they were closed so I waited…
When the three people closing walked out I said “hey sir, by the way the google page says open 24hr and the paper says 10PM so if y’all are going to close an hour early maybe you should tell the manager to look into fixing the hours” once again he ignored me and instead the women decided to chew me out so I got a little disrespectful after that point :) what a LAZY staff that can’t take the initiative in showing up to work and completing a shift. Not to mention while I was at the door another man showed up to fill up his car from EMPTY come to find out the staff decided to lock the pumps off and lock the doors. I sure hope he didn’t run out of gas trying to get to the next gas station.
I hope the owner sees this and has the brain to save his business from being completely screwed by terminating this closing team…. I’ve never heard of a business closing an hour early and shutting the pumps off an hour early. Boss man’s loosing money atleast $100.00 that’s $35 from the guy on empty the $80.00 it would have taken to fill my truck up And my ice cream. This staff is lazy.

June 8, 2023 - The last three times I've stopped here for gas, I had to go inside and wait in line to get a receipt. The printer at the pump didn't work. When I got home today and filed the receipt, I noticed it was the wrong one - with a different price, grade, gallons, and timestamp than my purchase. Very annoying.

I don’t normally take time out to write a review but for this Shell location, located in the middle of Foley beach express, I had to take time! The ladies in the kitchen rock it every day selling out of their home cooked lunch specials by 12:30 daily with big smiles on their faces! Friendly staff goes above and beyond and shows you what true southern hospitality is! Bathrooms are clean. I have a huge variety items for sale, and I would highly recommend them with five stars you should drop by on your way to the beach!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Staff is ALWAYS nice and courteous. Pricing on drinks and snacks are better than other stores near by. Very clean and well organized.
