I'm from out of town and this was my first time not only at the Wharf but in the deep South. I was not planning on buying three high-end bathing suits this holiday weekend - but that is exactly what happened here! I haven't been able to find anything where I live that suits my 50-something "new" body. I wandered into the store just browsing and observed a saleslady showing some suits to a customer and talking about how it was possible to have a "modest" suit that still looks cute. I looked around, found a couple suits, and immediately a woman came up to me and kindly offered to start a room for me. I found one more suit, tried all three on in the kindest most low-pressure environment I've ever been in for merchandise of this kind, and three for three they all fit and looked beautiful. I felt like a queen, and ladies, at 52 years old when you find a place that makes you feel like that you know you'll never forget it and come back again! When I checked out they told me they sold everything online too and got my name and email. I felt so welcomed as a customer and so "seen" as a woman which is an experience I have not had in a store for a few years now! Ladies, your NY tourist from Friday 5/24 thanks you from the bottom of her heart and you can be sure I'll be ordering from you online again soon and in the years to come. ??? Thank you so much!!

Have gone to this store a few times and normally have had a very pleasant experience! Today however we had some confusion when buying jewelry and the older woman working was extremely rude to us. She acted as if our mix up was the biggest inconvenience in the entire world, would not respond when we were speaking, and tossed a bag on the register when we asked for one as we were leaving. Overall very uncomfortable experience and as locals we will not be returning with our business.

The ladies in Seaside Shoes and Swim were wonderful today. They were very friendly, helpful, and so pleasant. I was in a hurry and they helped me purchase a last minute dance recital gift for my Granddaughter. They even gift wrapped it. I highly recommend this shop. I will definitely shop there again. Thank you ladies!

cute stuff but employees obnoxiously followed me an my friends around the store. we are teenagers so they clearly thought we were shoplifting (we weren’t) and this one employee followed us All around the store and was staring at us. it made us extremely uncomfortable and not want to buy anything. i understand if they were keeping an eye but this was OBNOXIOUS

I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone. I was shopping like any other customer, as I was approached by a worker of the store. She rudely took the piece of jewelry out of my hand as I assume she thought I was going to steal it?? And watched me multiple times till I went to the register to pay for the item. I mean really? I couldn't even shop and look at what I wanted because this brunette expects me to steal something. I won't be coming back. I can't believe this is my experience here.

Loved this store, love the selections & loved the ladies who helped me with an issue. I had bought the wrong purse, thought it was a different style, so I called thinking I won’t be able to return this purse because I live too far away and I would be stuck with it! Kathy who was ahhhmazing to me, was so attentive to me and helped me find the right purse, she took pictures and looked for the perfect strap, she truly went above and beyond! I sent it on Saturday morning and they received it on Monday. Kelly called me right away and put the purse I wanted back in the box and refunded me the extra $$ I had paid. It was a win win for me, great service, got some money back and now I’ll have the purse I want!! You can’t go wrong shopping there!!! I will be back next time I’m in town. Thank you!

I was not happy w everything I purchased. Unfortunately I had to return lip tint, the alcohol content was so hi it did not agree w me.Leaving cashier talking about me. Very bad customer service. Sad
