I had no idea that this place even existed. It is a great place to take your kids or just to explore and relax. I personally liked the fishing pier. And they had rest rooms which made it even more accommodating.

Great park for kids to play while taking a break from the sand. The dozen times I’ve been over the last few years, water fountain outside the gate has never been on, so that’s a downside, and parking can be tough if there’s other events in the area. They have completely rebuilt it since we were here last. It is better than ever. It's a great place to bring the family for a picnic, fishing or just sitting around and watching the boats go by. A very beautiful place.
The Orange Beach Waterfront Park and Pier is open daily to the public year-round. This beautiful family park is located on scenic Wolf Bay. The Edward H. Carroll, Sr. Kids Park playground is also part of the park. Amenities include a 400' pier with covered pavilions and seating, picnic shelters with grills, restrooms, a paved walking path, and parking. The park is many times used for events and special celebrations such as birthday parties, etc. The park cannot be 'reserved' for exclusive use since it is a public park but we do encourage those who are wishing to use the facilities to call the Parks and Recreation office to at least apprise us of your intended use.
