We stayed in unit 1001 in the Island Tower. We arrived on 6-9-24 shortly after 4pm. We received a text that the unit was ready. When we opened the door it wasn't ready! The cleaning crew was still mopping and had to come back to make up a bed in 1 room. They also had to come and replace a tv that has supposedly been stolen. The unit size was great for our group of 5. The views other beach were spectacular. The unit as a whole needs updating. The lamps in the master bedroom were broken. There was tile broken and chipped throughout. Broken furnishings were shoved in closets and cabinets. The Isand Tower building as a whole left a lot to be desired. The outdoor pool was very small. The indoor pool was still under construction. There are only 2 elevators for the 63 units in the building. While we were there from 6/9 to 6/14 the elevators broke twice. This was a huge inconvenience when people are trying to leave or arrive with their belongings. The elevator was down to 1 when we were trying to check out. It took over 1 hour to load 2 carts and use the elevator because of having to wait.
Also, while we were there they had to close the beach boardwalk & the pool due to safety & mantience issues.
Also, our door codes were deactivated twice while during our stay which was annoying.
Overall we would book through Liquid Life again but won't stay at Island Tower.

DO NOT RENT WITH THIS COMPANY! We stayed at Seawind Unit 1305 in Gulf Shores. The unit was infested with mold on every inch of the ceiling in every room. We called emailed and texted from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. Over 15 phone calls emails and text messages were sent with zero response. Finally, a maintenance man came on the last day of our day to look at the mold and told us the unit was uninhabitable. He said it was the worst case of mold he has ever seen and absolutely nobody should be staying in this unit. The manager Tonya for liquid life was absolutely terrible. She told us the mold was not her problem. She didn’t know what we expected her to do about it and was extremely rude. This unit is extremely unsafe therefore, I’m sure there were other units in the same condition. Please do not rent with this company!!

DO NOT RENT WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! The unit we stayed in Seawinds in Gulf Shores, Alabama was absolutely infested with mold! I called, texted and emailed from the moment we walked in until the moment we left (over 15+ times) with ZERO response. Finally, a maintenance man was sent the last day to look at our unit and he told us the unit was “uninhabitable” and was the worst mold he’s ever seen in his 8 years of employment.
The manager, Tonya, was absolutely HORRIBLE. She told us the mold was “not her problem” and she “wasn’t going to do anything for us”.
Their units are unsafe and they do not care about their guests. Do not stay in any property affiliated with Liquid Life.

We stayed at Beach Village Resort this past week with Liquid Life and we had an excellent experience and great time! Everything was smooth and we had great customer service from our booking months ago, responsiveness to minor changes, email communication and support during our stay. Our place was clean, the pool area excellent and the beach shuttle service was so nice when we needed it. We had beach chairs and umbrellas delivered with no issue. Lots of options for shopping and restaurants nearby. We had a couple questions during our stay and received instant response.
Our experience couldn’t have been better and we will definitely be back!

it was awful dishes dirty, beds uncomfortable ice maker didnt work and the pool is nothing like the accutaly place water turned of 2 times and elevators barley works found through liquid life do not recommend

Best family vacation spot! We enjoyed all of the amenities that BVR offered! Comfortable and beautiful resort, clean and cozy home, relaxing pool, accommodating staff…it has been a wonderful vacation getaway! We will be back!

Pros - location! Close to restaurants and grocery , convenience stores. Easy walk to the white sandy beach & ocean water. Convenient to Pensacola airport and navy base to watch Blue Angels. Safe area and police and security obviously doing their job. The pools are adequate and we used both indoor and outdoor. Lounges in good repair but saw only one pool side table. AC worked except in main bedroom - at least 5/10 degrees warmer. The White Caps condo grounds are nicely landscaped and walkways are very well maintained.
Cons- where do I start? The ride up to the 15th floor was a little bumpy on the elevators, but we made it and got into the condo easily. The elevators were hit and miss during our week there sometimes they both worked sometimes one worked - one time we had guests who got stuck in the elevator. The first thing we noticed after we took our shoes off, was that the bottoms of our feet were getting black from the residue from the floors. As we started walking throughout the condo, checking things out we noticed that many of the curtains rods were hanging loose. One fell on my daughter. The towel bars in the main bathroom were loose and jiggly as were the towel bars in the other bathroom. The Venetian blinds in the extra bedroom where the children were supposed to sleep would not close so the bright glare from outside made the room bright and difficult for the children to go to sleep. We had to buy beach towels so that we could use the beach towels to hang over that this particular venetian blind. Management said they would have to replace it but never did. All of the 6 chairs at the dining table had very loose legs and had to be tightened by maintenance before sitting on them. The main thing I noticed as being a VRBO renter for years was there was absolutely nothing in the kitchen in the way of condiments. Nothing extra of anything one paper towel one toilet paper in each bathroom one tiny box of tide detergent for the washing machine and two pods for the dishwasher. No coffee pods for the coffee maker. Of course, we understood we were going to have to buy groceries , but we didn't think and have never experienced not having even salt and pepper available in the kitchen. Another thing that was quite remarkable to me was that there was no hair in the condo so I had to buy a hairdryer. I would have brought my travel hair dryer had I known . But who would think of not having one at a beach condo? The kitchen faucet leaked, the refrigerator leaked inside and onto the floor. The dishwasher was missing a roller so banged loudly every time you pulled the rack out to load it. The oven took an exorbitantly long time to heat up. Sand was in one of the beds in the guest bedroom. The shower/tub in the main bath would not fully go to shower mode so water wouldn't drain, the bathroom showers are not ADA compliant having no shower bars or nonskid bottoms. The balcony furniture has rusted, rattan rotted, paint chipped, and pillows worn and torn and faded . The storage closet on the balcony was a jumbled mess of beach stuff. We sorted thru it to find some sand buckets, rusted worn beach chairs and umbrellas. There was a nice cooler which we didn't use. We left the closet as organized as we could. The only area for smokers is a long jaunt across the parking lot to a corner by the highway.
Management was contacted and did try to repair the issues. They did not fix all the issues but tried. Water still leaked from fridge onto floor, floor still exudes black residue, rods and towel holders repair leaving visible gaping holes in walls . It is our understanding that this particular property has not rented in over a year. We requested a small credit to admit the issues and the effect on our vacation but were denied. Management said they addressed them - but they did not fix them. Blinds in bedroom not replaced, fridge still leaked, floors still nasty, etc. Definitely not a luxurious condo property as advertised! Do not rent until a major overhaul.

This was the perfect rental. Crowding during peak summer months was not an issue. Everything was easily accessible. Condo was nice and clean. My only complaint would be whatever they cleaned the floors and bathtubs with, leaves you sliding like you’re on ice. Could be dangerous for older renters.

Best vacation ever! - Our family did the drive for 20 hours from Canada to stay at the Beach Village Resort in Orange Beach Alabama. Was well worth the drive! The resort was amazing, very clean, spacious and relaxing. The rates are highly competitive… honestly felt like we were staying at a second home/chalet. They have a special jeep that takes you to the beach (free of charge) and brings you back. Special thank you to those southern men who did an amazing job taking us to the beach with that true Southern Hospitality. Noah, JP and Tennessee (aka Carter). God bless Alabama!

Loved this condo! Very clean! Beautifully decorated with excellent beachfront view. Wonderful balcony overlooking the ocean! Easily accessible to everything Gulf Shores has to offer. The pool, hot tub, and workout room was so nice as well! We loved our stay!
