I love this store since day one it opened. Service is kind and humble. The owner is a very sweet soul. I wish I was nearby more because I would shop more. They have lovely clothing and jewelry with reasonable pricing. Everything is very stylish and comfortable. All around great store!

Visited the Ooh LaLa Warf location yesterday & had a very pleasant experience until it was time to check out. Their credit card system was not working. They apparently had a back up mobile system that would’ve worked, but the device was dead. I was told it was only take a couple of minutes for them to get their system up & running again. After thirty+ minutes of waiting, it was obvious that wasn’t going to happen any time soon. The employee in charge at the time could offer no solution to the issue except to tell me to continue to wait. I was displeased with the lack of communication & extremely displeased after there was no attempt to resolve the issue whatsoever after their system was up & running again the next day.

Terrible service, I regret ever buying anything from this store. I decided to buy a pair of shorts, which happened to also have a 25% discount, but the girl forgot to take off the discount the first time which I realized as soon as I got out of the store. I went back in asking for the amount of money she did not take off the first time, when she said that she couldn't give me money back, only store credit which she made me go back and I dreadfully looked through other items to purchase from her mistake. Long story short, I had to buy something I did not want in the first place and they should look to hire better employees who know about the store discounts.

I love this store and the other 2 locations in Daphne and Fairhope. They always have new items in stock and the jewelry is beautiful at a good price!

I love this store. Fantastic leisure clothing and wonderful staff. I was there as a vendor at the Seafood Festival and the staff was so gracious and having little time to shop, the staff helped me find the perfect outfit for the event.

Had an awesome time here! Beautiful clothes and accessories! I love the music they play. Their employe Ashton did an amazing job with helping me find what I needed. Will be back!
