Lucca has been my go to boutique for fabulous, timeless pieces since they opened the doors years and years ago! Literally since my 20’s!! I always find something I love at Lucca! Jewelry, tops, dresses, jeans, shoes, scarves, hats, bags! All my favorite things are from there! It’s a must stop shop for anyone wanting to find the most fabulous boutique on the Alabama Gulf Coast! So thankful it is here!

My daughter was ready to purchase an over-priced $200 dress, when rude associate told her no… you need a large and we don’t carry that in store so we will order it. My daughter is not even close to wearing a large you rude judgmental a-hole! If your opinion isn’t asked, keep your thoughts to yourself! Retail 101! No worries, money spent at nicer establishment!.

I had the pleasure of coming across this very cute and high end boutique that sells women’s clothing. Took my wife shopping! Orange Beach is a gem and beautiful community. Lucca had a big selection for my wife and we spent several hours shopping there. I know luxury, I personally had my own Luxury Women’s Outerwear clothing line and distributed in 15 stores National at Neiman Marcus. Service is everything and we were treated like celebrities! We are definitely coming back!

Rude employees. Vacationing in Orange Beach with my family. Don’t go inside with your kids they’re not too keen to having kids around their clothes. Their clothes may have the big price tag but not much was worth buying either. You have to have a particular style I guess to like their products. Highly suggest you just skip on down to Utopia! Their boutique has cuter options & friendly employees.

If I could give 0 stars I would… They have a great selection of clothes but very snotty employees. Typically when I walk into a store I’m about to spend money in I get greeted with kindness and respect but these ladies were RUDE!!!

I’d give it 0 stars if I could. I walked into this store to look. All inventory was less than average. But the SALESPERSON was what ruined it. The moment I walked in the door she told another associate she would “guard the door” and proceeded to check my bag on my way out. I was completely humiliated. Go buy a $145.00 cami with tacky lace ELSEWHERE!

Stopped by to see if they had an options for a wedding I’ll be attending soon. The store associate promptly told me that the owner only buys, usually, up to a size 6, sometimes a size 8. You would think they’d have more INCLUSIVE sizing since the average pant size for women in this country is 12-14, but what do I know.

Rude saleswoman aggressively snatched a hat my son was trying on off his head. She was so rude and aggressive complete strangers made a point to let me know. I went back to the store to complain to the saleswoman directly and she didn’t even apologize. Snobby, frigid and overpriced.

First, that dog in the store is the most precious animal ever, loved on me like a long lost friend and made my day.Second, I needed a dress for a funeral in MS and the owner shipped it to my in-laws for me in time for the funeral. Excellent service!Third, they hooked me up with a store in my own area that sales some of their same brands...that is awesome of her in my opinion.They are in my top 3 BEST selections of clothes in the South and the service is aces! I even found a beautiful lingerie set 50% off last time I was in there.***below are just a few things purchased at Luca?
