I love this store! Was our first time ever in here. They have lots of cute shoes. We bought 2 pair of On clouds. Can’t say much for the staff person. She was unfriendly. Never seem to want to help me or my daughter. She was very friendly to a couple that was young and looked like they had money! ( didn’t even buy anything) never judge a book by it’s cover. I was going to buy some sandels, but she wasn't very helpful or nice. Ended up ordering them offline. ( Naot ) Will go back when on vacation again.

Stumbled into this plaza by accident (while on vacation) and dropped $500+ at this place, and I never like to buy anything too expensive... the styling and products at this store are so on point though that it makes you want to buy everything!!!!

I took my wife to Jane Loves Shoes in Orange Beach today to buy some on cloud shoes, Haley was over the top when it comes to customer service, she gave advice and brought out several different pairs in different sizes and helped explain the fit of this particular style shoe to my wife and she was super nice, in my opinion Haley went above and beyond when it came to customer service, I would highly recommend this store to anyone especially a lady looking to buy on cloud shoes, Haley is very knowledgeable and not pushy. I give Jane Loves Shoes and Haley an A+++.

Customer service is horrible…. I was in the store for 15 minutes before the lady acknowledged me because she was on her phone, and then proceeded to be very unapproachable and unprofessional. I could smell vape and constantly saw the employee prioritize her phone over helping me.

if i could give 0 stars i would. employees are disrespectful, and rude for no reason. a gas station has a better chance of helping you find what shelf diamonds are on than this stores employees have of having any decency.

Entering the store I had high hopes of purchasing a pair of Vintage Havana shoes for $150. I was not acknowledged by any of the 4 employees the entire time. I just needed to ask a question before checking out. They were too busy chatting to even look up as I awkwardly stood within a few ft of them & said excuse me twice. So I walked across the street to Shades & made my purchase there!

This is such a cute boutique! We first visited 4 years ago and went back during our recent visit to Orange Beach. In fact, we went back twice. On Saturday we got to visit with the owner. Cute clothes, shoes, and jewelry make this a fun place to shop. Love all my purchases!
