Alex rang me out and she was very funny and kind. She seemed to enjoy her job and she made the overall shopping experience pleasurable. She asked about my pets and engaged in conversation, leaving a good impression on me of the store.

I’ve shopped in this adorable boutique several times for our fur baby. They have so many bandanas with funny sayings and a big selection of cute outfits. My pug loves all of the treats and squeaky toys I’ve brought home.
Haley is one of the employees and she is always so sweet and helpful. Thank you Haley for your people and puppy customer service. ?❤️

Me and my wife went to check it out the girl at the counter didn’t even welcomed us or ask if we needed any help she just sat there looking off in to space the customer service was not even there at least pets mart welcomes us and asks if we need any help I guess that’s why they get are money this was Friday don’t really remember the time I know it was late in the evening

Alot of people have been getting there hours cut for no reason and have fired me for having a fever said it was a late call out when it was four hours before hand .

We went here. Cute store but it sounded like front row at KISS concert. We tried to deal with it and find things for our puppy. We couldn’t hear our conversation standing next to each other due to the music so we asked the young girl at counter if she could turn down music. She said ok and turned it down one notch. Still super loud. We kept trying to find things for our puppy and told her if you can’t turn down the music to a lower level, you guys won’t be getting our money. She said loudly we will not talk to her like that even though we just were trying to shop in peace. We left due to frustration because she apparently doesn’t know how to work a volume knob, much less run a store alone. Never asked if we needed help when we walked in either. We left and went and spent $150 at another local place that played no music, had a person running it that helped us find items and gave our puppy a treat. We tried to relay this issue to the owner with a phone call but she didn’t return our call so hence the bad review.

I was looking for a dog store that stocked nicer items than PetSmart or Petco, and Good Dog Boutique did not disappoint!!My mom has a yorkie she pampers endlessly and I wanted to get her dog a gift fitting of her lifestyle for her birthday.Since my little poodle loves to go shopping with me, I went ahead and brought him along.The second I walked in to the store the girl at the check out desk welcomed me in with a smile and even said hello to my dog! You can tell the staff really do love animals.The items in the store were so unique and fun to look through. Not just the dog items either. There were neat socks and t-shirts for humans as well.As we were walking through, my dog had thrown up on the floor and the same lady from the front was quick to come clean it up. I felt so bad, but she assured me that everything was good and appeared to have no animosity toward the situation. I really appreciated that and still felt welcome in the store. She was even kind enough to offer him a treat while we were checking out and he LOVED the treat!I went in for one gift, but tbh I ended up getting a bandana for my dog cause the words on it were just so fitting for him!I can’t say enough good things about this store! Listen to the great reviews and stop by if you ever get the chance, you will not regret it.Oh and the music ROCKED ???

Great store. My wife dragged me in and I'm glad she did. Tons of stuff for our four-legged family members and plenty of stuff for us humans. Picked up a funny T shirt for myself. Will be back next year!
