“They requested full payment for draperies before installation which was not in the contract. Normally the final payment is made upon installation. The owner was a j*** when I spoke to him over the phone about it. I said I would give them the final payment when they I installed the draperies—and I did. The man who works for them and did the installation was fine. However, the draperies are very wrinkled and should be a little longer. They just put me off when I asked about that. I am disappointed and will never do business with them again.Service: Window design”
