Incredibly unfriendly staff each and every time I go. Both ladies at the window gave me attitude today when I was trying to figure out why my asthma meds were $1600 instead of 0$ like they normally are.

Amy in the pharmacy is beyond unfriendly ....she is rude.3/15/23 a customer commented that Amy seemed angry . Amy's reply was "I'm tired"My turn in line seemed to be an imposition for her also. When I gave her my information to pick up a prescription. She said "it's not ready yet."I said ok....when do you expect it.? Amy's reply. 15 minutes.Short...to the point ....never making eye contact as if to say don't bother me...go away.Tired? Angry?I don't know which but what I do know is Amy should not be a counter clerk addressing customers with thisUnprofession Attitude

I was in pain from planters fasciitis. The associate took plenty of time to help me decide what may be best for me. She was helpful $ caring as well as patient. Orange Beach, AL CVS is great as all CVS I have visited.

The pharmacy at this location is great! I was on vacation with my family and realized that I packed my son’s medicine with only a few days of tablets remaining, and left his newly filled medicine at home. After calling the pharmacy with my dilemma, the pharmacist or tech just looked up my son’s name in the computer and said she would have the 12 pills ready within the hour. I thought it would be a long explanation, including needing to call my son’s doctor, but that wasn’t the case at all! Just a call to this cvs pharmacy and it was taken care of! The pharmacist (or tech) even used a discount card knowing that I would be paying out of pocket since I just filled with my insurance. I was so impressed that the pharmacy at this location handled everything with such ease. The pharmacy staff was so helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable!
