Al's is my favorite go-to store for many things in all of South Baldwin county! They have a huge range of items available all the time. Definitely EVERYTHING you might dream of needing at the beach! And at a reasonable price. Their personnel are quick to help you find things, blow up a float for you and are just generally knowledgeable about... well... a lot! Need Mardi Gras supplies in the summer? Yes, they have them! Need a beach chair in the winter? Yes! Need antacids? Headache medicine? Beach decor? Beach attire? Craft supplies? Toys? They have all that & more!

The people there are absolutely wonderful to deal with. I had an exchange to make, and it was the simplest one I’ve ever had. They are friendly, helpful, and courteous. Can I give six stars??

Extremely over priced. Unfortunately for us we figured the deals would be at al's. We spent around $250.00. Then went to rouse next door and saw the same items for 60 percent cheaper and That's what made me give this reveiw. The store felt more like being at a flea market. Dusty and unkept. I highly recommend going to the dollar store or rouses market before over spending at Al's 5 and 10

The man working on Saturday afternoon 2/12/2022 had the absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered. And I work in customer service everyday. The hours on the door said they closed at 6:00 and I ask a lady that worked there before entering what time they closed and she said 6:00. It was 5:15. He immediately told me I was lucky because they were about to lock the door and then went and told the lady working not to ever tell anyone they closed at 6:00 unless she wanted to be there by herself. Needless to say I just left.

Beware!!! If you go in after 5 but before 6, they are rude and won’t let you pick your own products!! They met me at the door, asked me what i wanted, proceeded to go get it for me, then told me I could come in and pay once they had the products at the counter!!! No thank you !!!
