Short version: Recommend. Long version: This week we had a flat tire so as a result I needed to get some new tires. I called and they were friendly and prompt. They gave me a quote over the phone. I arrived and they already knew what I wanted since our phone conversation. The customer service here is great for the 3 people I interacted with. I was also expecting to be there for hours. I was there for just over an hour. They seemed trustworthy and will definitely going back. They also put my trunk back together since I got the spare out. This is service you don't see today or expect.

I absolutely love coming here!!! They are very professional and caring, not to mention straight up!! My family and I have been coming for over 15 years and will continue to do so......I forgot to mention that I moved from the area 6 years ago and still bring my vehicles to Wesley!!!

THE WORST! Encountered two people at business location - both were extremely rude. They really only care about UPSALE and selling expensive tires. Asked us to wait 2 hours, when we asked for a better time or appt - we were told- nope, you just have to wait- we don't know when we may get busy or have lag. It was unreal how rude and unprofessional these clowns were. We' spent hundreds of dollars there a few years ago on tires for cars - but will never EVER go back. They are THE WORST in customer service.

I called this morning because my starter needed replaced. Wesley and his team were not only able to take the car in, they gave me a 2 day window of getting it fixed. Within less than 6 hours, I received a call back that it was fixed and not as much of a cost as originally provided. Thank you from the bottom of my heart in providing such exceptional service and an amazingly rapid turnaround. I will for sure be a loyal customer and choose to work with this phenomenal team of individuals moving forward. God is so very good! Many blessings to you and your team!!

Would give 0 stars if I could! Very shady place. Kept my car for 2 whole days (no contact) for a diagnosis and charged me $80 without even being able to tell me what's wrong with my car. Nor did they tell me what solutions they tried. They literally told me "Yeah, we don't know what's wrong with your A/C, but we can fix your [redacted] if you want." I don't plan on ever bringing my car here again.

Took granddaughter's car for AC repair. They checked car good and found it needed breaks and wiper blades and took care of those items as well. We feel much better knowing she is back on the road safe and sound. Great service and great value.

I had my car towed to Wesley Tire on 3-2-22 from another repair shop after I learned the part I needed was still covered under warranty with Wesley (they previously replaced the part). Wesley informed me I would just have to pay for the labor, which was no problem. I had already paid the other shop to diagnose the problem, so I advised Wesley of this before the car was dropped off. Needless to say, 5 days later when the lady at the front desk (think her name is Tonya) called me to let me know my car was ready, I asked for a breakdown of the charges and learned I had been charged another diagnostic fee. I advised her the car had already been diagnosed by another shop so I didn't feel I should have to pay them a fee, as the other shop was correct. If the other shop had misdiagnosed my car, then I would have expected to pay the fee because Wesley would have had to figure out the problem. So the lady goes on this rant telling me she wasn't on that call, and she would talk to the owner and let me know something when I got there to pick up the car, which was fine with me. When I made it to the shop I was greeted by a friendlier man at the counter, so I told him I had a concern about the bill. By this time, the lady makes her way up to the counter, not saying a word to me (still exhibiting poor customer service). So I go on to explain to the man that I had spoken with the lady about the diagnostic fee, etc. Before I could finish my sentence, the lady very rudely interrupts saying "I don't know what she's talking about. I talked to Keith and he told me to remove the fee and that's what I did." She acted as if I was supposed to have mental telepathy and automatically know the fee had been removed when she never called me back to advise of this before I came in. While I appreciate Wesley Tire doing the right thing and removing the fee, I don't appreciate the poor customer service exhibited by Ms. Tonya. What businesses don't understand, or I should say, Ms. Tonya specifically, doesn't understand (or maybe she just doesn't care), is that people have choices of where they want to spend their money. No one is going to put up with bad attitudes, poor customer service and snarky tones . Just like she doesn't want to spend her hard earned dollars with a company who hires employees with bad attitudes like hers, no one else does either.

I do not recommend using Wesley tires Auto Center. my mother was having car trouble, her car kept cutting off on her while she would be driving, she would start it but it cute off again. I called Wesley Tire automotive center at my mother's request. they sent the tow truck to pick the car up. After keeping the car for 2 days at their service center they called and told us the car was ready for pickup and the charge was $97 as we drove the car off the lot the car cut off again in the middle of the road less than a half a block from Wesley Automotive(in front of the laundromat next to Pizza Hut) an OPD officer push the car out of the street to a parking space at the laundromat. I went back up to Wesley Tire and inform them the car was not fixed, it cut off at the laundromat. They kept it for another three days and charge over $620 problem air condition condenser shorted out a fuse or something to that nature
