Really terrible management here. Amanda and Rebecca were not helpful at all. I tried to return a pair of shoes I bought 4 days ago and was told because they had some dirt on them I couldn't. I'd understand if they were dirty, torn apart, ripped apart, had paint on them but they weren't and I'm attaching pictures as well. I'm super tight on money and really wanted to get another pair. Will definitely be avoiding Walmarts all together. Low prices don't make up for lack of care or compassion and understand towards a customer. Super bummed, no luck with customer service thru phone numbers, there is only so much they can do and they are not at fault. But you're still left with a bitter frustrated feeling.

A few months ago I left a review that went a little bit the same way. This auto care center is FREAKING AWFUL they have had my car since 3 in the mfering afternoon and are just now getting to it? Make that make sense! They closed at 7 and are just now getting to my car that has been sitting here for four hours. They tried to come in here and tell me that they can't find the key to get the oil filter off. Bffr! Y'all have now became an inconvenience when you are supposed to be a convenient auto shop. I agreed to a 2 1/2 wait not freaking FOUR HOURS FOR AN OIL CHANGE. Do better y'all suck

If you want to waste your money at a store that has a terrible reputation for customer service, this is the place you need to be. We visited this store on Wednesday, 07/19/2023 to purchase several items; however, when my wife needed someone to cut fabric for her we could not find anyone. I went to the front and asked for help. After a 15+ minute wait someone came back to the sewing section and told my wife she didn't need anyone to cut her fabric since she was buying the whole block and the price per yard as well as the yards on the block were on the fabric. At the checkout we could not get any one to help us until we asked if anyone was working the area. Oh, there were half a dozen walking around chewing the fat drawing a check but not doing a thing. She said we had to take it back to the sewing/fabric area and get a specific sticker on the fabric after we told her what the lady in the fabrics stated. Short, we left it because they refused to help us put in the price. In more than one section of the store personnel were doing absolutely NOTHING. So, your money goes to someone who doesn't give a flip about you, the company, or anything. This will be our last trip to this store. It doesn't even deserve one star.

Cmon man. You replace all the checkouts people with machines, but don't even open the machines. 9:20 on Friday night and it's 25 people deep in line before I can get to the register. Not a single full service register open. About 10 self checkout machines closed.

WORST Walmart I have ever been to. Electronics person went on lunch with the keys, after looking for help for 30 minutes, they found the keys but decided to help the people before us. Came to buy tablets, left with nothing.

Horrible service. Only one person working at money center and they were on lunch break. Why can't they have multiple people that know how to handle or work money center area. Big disappointment. Opelika Wal Mart always disappointment me it never fails

I placed a pickup order and went to the store to pick it up. Since stores are changing their systems due to covid-19, we have been told all Walmarts require you to park in a designated space, call the posted number, and your order will be brought out. Not this time. A guy came out and told us we would need to go inside to pick up our order. When asked why we were required to come inside the store vs having the order brought to the car, the employee responded with "it's whatever," in the most condescending tone. I probably should have told him I have the coronavirus, but that just seems cruel. I've NEVER had a positive experience with Walmart pickup, and this is the worst experience of them all!

Great Walmart! They have a very large variety of Christmas decorations. I love how they have some inflatables and Christmas trees setup so you can see what you're buying. They had some very cute gift wrap as well. I was looking for a bingo cage set, and found one for only $11. As you can see, this is a great Walmart.

I have given this store far too many chances. The grocery pickup service is absolutely terrible. Expect to wait in your car for at least 30-45 minutes, not have anyone answer the pickup phone line, be greeted by a Walmart representative that is miserable, then be given the wrong items. Management informed me months ago that they were fixing the issue. Clearly, they are not.

Yesterday I was in a Walmart marketplace purchasing groceries. The checkout lines have such a tight space between two registers that there's not enough room to maneuver around your cart exedra. I'm trying to pack my groceries back into my cart and I had forgotten something. So I went back to the end of the belt and got the bread and on my way back I tripped over the lady behind me foot. It was a pretty hard fall for someone who has RLS and I did get hurt but not too badly. the fact that they have made their check out lines that small I am wondering if they realize that I could sue them for that. Not to mention the lady that was behind me who was around 60 to 70 years old I was more concerned with her than myself I'm laying on the floor and a mangled mess and all I'm worried about is whether I had hit or accidentally done anything else to this lady. this woman at her age acted like an uneducated child and turned around and told me I know you didn't touch me but if you had of I would be calling my lawyer. I am still on the floor and I looked up at her and said really? I could not believe someone of her age could be so cruel once I got up I turned around and told her that I am physically disabled and that's why I went down so easily. that just tells you what our world has come to. I'll be calling the Walmart manager on Monday after I see my doctor and see if they will work this out with me otherwise I will be going to my attorney and suing Walmart for creating a situation like that by not making their aisles between registers large enough for two people to stand back-to-back checking out. it's also against the law to not have the accommodations disabled people need. it is all on Walmart's audio video and should not be a problem proving anything. I also took down the tag number of the old woman that upset me after I told her I was sorry and disabled she turned around and said no you're not you're just drunk. that also is against the law to even upset me or make fun of my disability. she is the witness and I don't believe she would have the nerve to lie in court. I hope Walmart has the common sense to settle with me without a bunch of lawyers and Court trials. because I can promise you I will win.

My trip to Walmart was very quick. I stopped to get gas - very affordable. Just stopped inside to use the restroom and grab a drink before getting back on the road. Great stop for my purposes that day.

Worst experience ever in a Walmart! If you have to go at night stay away from this one! Or go to ANY other Walmart! Waited 49 minutes to checkout what only took 10 minutes to shop for!!!
