Horrible pharmacy. The staff that works at the pharmacy in customer service are some of the most unprofessional human beings. Thankfully, I'm not on any medications that I need regularly from them, but when I need to get something/pick something up, they're so rude and lazy. It's unbelievable. I'm surprised this Walgreens is still in business with the way they act towards customers.
My husband and I are done with them and will be taking our business to Publix.

As I stepped into line to check out, the cashier promptly asked me to step back because she was trying to help other people in another line. However, no one in the other line was moving to her line. I put my stuff down and left the store and I will not be back.

My little girl has flu but this Walgreens is out of stock for her medicine. They said they could get the flu medicine in by Friday or call it into CVS.This Walgreens pharmacy is awful.

Typical Walgreens, except the pharmacy closed for lunch break... Found this weird... Have never encountered this before with franchise or chain stores.

There really should be an option for NO stars. We lived here several years ago, and this was the pharmacy we counted on. Since coming back here we have found that it is not the same pharmacy that it was. The staff is rude and extremely slow. Also, the last time I was there, I had waited in line for 30 min.(during which time they were having conversations and laughing with one another about things that happened at home the night before and/or plans for the next night, rather than filling prescriptions, and when I was the next to be served I was told I would have to wait until after their lunch time - another 30 minutes. I realize that they have to have a lunch time, but wouldn't it make much more sense to stagger the staff's lunchtimes rather than having customers wait for over an hour just to pick up a prescription. They are also very pushy and called incessantly about refilling prescriptions. We ultimately could not continue to give our business to a pharmacy in such disarray. Walgreen's you have a real problem in this pharmacy, and someone should be addressing the issues.

Rude staff. Also, they do not notify you if a medicine is unavailable until you get there. Luckily the medicine was not life dependent as it was 4:45 pm and I was unable to go somewhere else. Drive-thru has been broken for months now.

Rude employees and pharmacist in the Pharmacy Department. After I was notified our prescription was ready, I come to pick it up plus some other medicine for my sick child and they proceed to say "sorry it's backordered" with absolutely no courtesy. And, then when I ask what could be an over the counter option, the pharmacist never speaks to me but tells the other young lady what to tell me and we were all standing right there. I guess they were too busy discussing their show to actually help me. I will not be returning.

One of the cashiers was absolutely rude I was explaining to her about reloading money on my car and she replied to me “ You don’t need to let me know all that “ and that automatically triggered my nerves and I had to let her know how unprofessional that was and you don’t say that to a customer and how she offended me and I gladly got her together and didn’t accept the apology she tried to give I will never step foot back in this place ever again, I would end up in jail
