Poor customer service, you can’t even get anyone on the phone. One the lazy employees had my package returned to the sender because they were to lazy to print a new label for shipping address in a rushed time and it’s caused serious problems for my business because of this unacceptable delay. I was then charged twice on top of that.

I'm a realtor located in FL and my sellers are currently living in AL. I needed a document ink signed versus the typical e-sign. My seller's printer was not working and they didn't have a scanner. I called UPS and spoke with Kent and he confirmed that I can go ahead and email him the document and he would be able to print it have them sign it and email it back to me. I sent instructions with the email on exactly where they were to sign and print and what they were supposed to write. There was some confusion when my seller got there and Kent was kind enough to call me and verify everything that needed to be done to ensure that it was done correctly. He got it done for me and sent it back and I'm very appreciative of his assistance! He went above and beyond with reaching out to me ensuring that everything was done properly, had he not called the document wouldn't have been sent back correctly the first time. The UPS store is lucky to have you!

They never answer the phone nor respond to emails. Have sent things back to Amazon through them that somehow never reach their destination. From now on will try to only use the one in Auburn at 1550 Opelika Road where staff is always professional, pleasant, and efficient.

I have never had any issues when receiving or returning packages through UPS. I’ve always had great experience and the costumer service is always amazing. I always recommend this store for those who need to return any package that is through UPS. thank you all for your service!

Worst carrier, payed 65 dollars for next day air delivery. Tracked the package on the truck all the way to my town then I guess just decided to not deliver it. Now I'm having to wait 4 more days to get here. It would have gotten to me faster with USPS. Not to mention not being ripped off on the price. No refund was given, automated email received just gives bs answers. Will never use agian
