This is my favorite UPS store in the US. I am an army wife and move around a lot. I’ve lived all over the US and been to my share of UPS stores. This one beats them all.
The service is outstanding. Everyone is so kind, cheerful and helpful. Many times I’ve come in with just an Amazon return and with a long line someone is always quick to pull me to the side and scan my package so I don’t have to wait in a long line. I usually dread going to stores like this, but this one is the exception!

Left my package in front of my dog and she chewed it through to the contents. Driver could definitely see the dog and should have known better than to leave it there. Could have put the package in another area other than in front of her. I think he was scared of the dog and didn’t want to come up the steps to put it out of reach of the dog so he just left it at the bottom of the stairs where she was on a leash. The dog doesn’t bite or I would have a beware of dog sign to make anyone aware that she bites. Poor delivery ethic. I will report to Amazon also. Thank you
