I could spend hours in this Ulta beauty store! The staff are very welcoming and willing to help with any questions, recommendations, or concerns. The store is very neat and clean and usually always stocked with all their products. I love the atmosphere of the place, and I like that I can sample/smell different shampoos, perfumes, bath and body, etc. Everything is organizes the right way and it is so easy to find what your looking for. If you can't find it, it is very easy to find a staff member to show you where you can find what you need. Every time I go in there it is like my own private getaway, and I feel like a woman again after taking care of everyone else all of the time. Checkout lines move along quickly and smoothly and I leave there feeling so happy. And knowing I had a bit of me time lol. Overall, I love the Ulta Beauty store and can't wait to get the chance to go back!

This Ulta is by far one of the best ones I’ve been to (and I have been to many). They always have everything I need. They are quick to fulfill my online orders way before the 2 hours. Every employee I’ve ever encountered is always kind to me. I really hope they put measures in place so that people don’t keep stealing from them and they can stay around forever. I love this store.

There was so many amazing products and I was absolutely blown away at the actual affordability of the store overall especially because of the numerous high end designers and products that were readily available. The saleswoman was extremely knowledgeable, she took my 14 yr old on a tour of different mascara types she could use for her initial experience with makeup!

I'm comparing wedding makeup prices and I thought Ulta had a good price, so I wanted to see if I liked how Ulta did my make-up before committing to them for my wedding. So last week I made the appointment, which was today. The stylist was really kind when I booked, but she took the day off the day of my appointment! I understand needing to change schedules, but neither her or Ulta called me to notify me of this. This was extremely unprofessional and I'm highly disappointed. I will not be coming back.
However, when I explained the situation, the lady at the desk was helpful and did everything she could to help me.

I’ve lived in AL for 3 1/2 years and had been going to Jade since day one. I no longer live there but let me tell you I MISS JADE EVERYTIME. She’s the best you’ll get in Auburn/opelika!!!!

Worst store service ever! I couldn't find any employees to help me. Until I was leaving without purchasing. I wasn't sure anyone was in the store.

One of their employees over by the brow station or whatever you call it, a young YT lady with reddish, shorter hair was rude and was laughing and mocking us and made a face as we walked by. It was unprofessional and uncalled for.

Be aware that they will ask you for your social and dob and all the things to get you to sign up for rewards. Saving any amount is not worth the hassle. Really ticked they were so evasive.

I recently came into this location for a haircut. My stylist was Karla. I had a great experience considering I typically don't let most places deal with my hair. Karla did a fantastic job of cleaning my hair up and I am overly satisfied with the results.
After my haircut was complete I was greeted by Ali who was extremely welcoming and helpful. She helped me decide on the best products for me and my needs and for that I am greatful. I would highly recommend this location to anybody. The staff potrayed professionalism and courtesy to me.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Ulta. The staff, especially Erin, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Erin not only displayed poor customer service but also made me feel uncomfortable with her behavior, which seemed to involve racial profiling. It's unacceptable for any employee to make anyone feel that way.
To make matters worse, the rest of the staff was constantly on their phones, which is not only disrespectful but also unprofessional. The lack of attention to customers was apparent and made the whole shopping experience unpleasant.
On top of all that, the salon was terrible. I was hoping for a relaxing experience, but the environment was unwelcoming, and the service was subpar. I will not be returning to this location and highly recommend finding another store with a more professional atmosphere and respectful staff.

Good product selection and clean store. Not many employees to offer help on the sales floor. However, they greet you when you enter and are willing to help if you approach them.

Associate refused to ring me up without a rewards points account, since that 'messes up' her statistics. I'd politely declined because I was in a bit of a hurry, am not local, and don't have Ulta where I live, but she was adamant, to the point of asking if I knew anybody, then asking the random woman behind me in line for her account number!
