Horrible customer service. I called and asked to speak to the Sales Manager and the lady at the front desk (didn't even want to give her name) answered rude and hung up on me.

DON'T GO HERE! TR MOTORS WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU, JUST LIKE THEY DID ME. TR MOTORS WILL COVER UP THE VEHICLE ISSUES. BARLEY DROVE MY CAR OVER 300 MILES BEFORE IT COST ME $1,518.30 IN REPAIRS. DID NOT EVEN HAVE THE CAR A MONTH. I CALLED TR MOTORS SPOKE WITH TYLER. TOLD HIM WHAT HAPPENED. TOLD ME IT WAS MY FAULT FOR BUYING THE CAR AND I SHOULD OF NEVER BOUGHT THE CAR.

Never do business with them again ! I financed a car from them that needed brakes not even two weeks after having the car. Missed one payment and they came and got my car while I was sleeping and took off with all of my stuff in it along with my kids car seats! Will never do business with them again EVER!!!! Didn’t even get notified that the car was being picked up! Snuck off in the middle of the night with my car and I have no clue how to get my stuff back ! Very unprofessional!! Hopefully I can get my stuff back I’m a single mother of two and don’t have the funds to replace what was all in the car! Terrible company will never finance from them again!!!!

Bought a Toyota Tundra with warranty on it had trouble like a week after I bought it and it's been nothing but trouble since then and they sell you the vehicles but when it's time to fix it they tell you that you have to deal with Tefco I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to bye from them left Gene a message about 2 weeks ago still haven't heard from them crooks and what's bad have had it almost a year and few months now and have never missed a payment !!!
