She let me leave without my phone being completely set up ...which caused for me spending two days on the phone with customer service and having to deal with my contacts getting two different numbers from me when I texted them. Her name was Suana or something of that nature. She was nice but now I see she just wanted that $$$

Kenneth at the T'Mobile store in Oprlika is absolute the BEST!! He was very helpful in helping me with a few problems on my cell phone and very patient in informing me how to manage my problems I had with my phone. I recommend him with the highest marks with a plus on the end!

We did not have a good experience at T-Mobile. I took my mom to the store so that she could get an upgrade and we had a few other questions about our plan. The lady that assisted us was not friendly and rushed us. My mom wasn't sure which phone she wanted to get and after the lady explained the prices of the different phones, she immediately asked "So which one is it? I like to keep things moving and there are two customers behind y'all." We could of left but we wanted to get it over with. We picked a phone and she then transferred the old data to the new phone. She informed us we could sit at the table or somewhere else. Well, the tables were occupied and we just wanted to stand near the counter where she had the phones. She commented and said something along the lines of "It's not going to transfer faster by y'all standing there." We were never rude to her so I am not sure if this is the way she comes off. We kept it professional, but we were not satisfied. We also wanted to extend our JUMP lease on one phone line but I couldn't stand being in the store another minute so I will go to another T-Mobile store.

I just want to start off by saying, I've NEVER wrote a bad review and can manage subpar customer service (I live in MA), but I feel compelled to share my experience at this particular location.I visited this store with my family so my younger brother could get his e-SIM activated on his iPhone 11 before heading on an international trip. We were served by a female associate and my brother explained his reason for coming in. I added that he had already paid his phone off/owned it out right, to which she immediately cut me off to say "that's got nothing to do with this." I let it go.After activating his e-SIM, she returned it to him and instructed us to call him to check and make sure his line worked. While I called my brother, my father asked if she could also check to see if they had paid their bill yet. She audibly huffed, rolled her eyes, and said "I already closed out of your account on the iPad." He asked again and offered his information so she could check. We had an overage, which is not unusual for us, but when we began asking for more information about the per minute rate and which line it was, she began raising her voice at us attempting to shut us down. She said "I can't tell you guys this information, you need to look up the terms of your plan on your own." We're at the T-Mobile store, we're not asking for a lot right?! At this point, once I confirmed that my brother's line was working, we immediately departed to avoid any more huffing and puffing.The whole experience with this particular associate was incredibly patronizing and embarrassing. Other guests and employees stared at us in confusion and we were afraid to even ask to pay the bill as we felt like a burden on her. She treated us like she had better things to do (mind you there was only one other customer being helped by another mobile expert), and we felt like we can't even come back.I've seen many reviews like ours, likely with the same associate, and I struggle to understand how this store is able to keep someone like her when so many people have felt like us. DO BETTER. We live so close to this location and my parents have always had sub-par service, but this was by far THE WORST. Hoping other stores are staffed better as we will not be visiting this one again.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. The rep, whose name is suwuna or some spelling related. Rude is an understatement, and the t-mobile should party ways with this very unprofessional person. She is not a good spokesperson for t-mobile and this location. We proceeded to the mall location and completed our purchase with JaDavian, who went above the call of a sale to make sure we were satisfied.

I have been to this store several times and have always been treated with respect and kindness. However today I have never felt so disrespected. The woman at that store this morning had the worst attitude and absolutely horrible customer care. The tone of her voice the attitude behind the tone and her body language all made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome at the store. She made me feel like I was an inconvenience to her. Like I said before the employees at this store have always treated me and everybody I have seen walk in there with respect and kindness but this woman today was far from it.

Went to upgrade our phones and the lady that helped us was extremely rude and talked to us like we were idiots. She was also talking on the phone while trying to help us to. So so rude! She told us why don’t you just go get your phone transferred over at Best Buy since your going to buy there accessories over there and was so rude about it and told us why didn’t you listen to me. She also authorized a charge for a protection plan on our statement without our knowledge and I would not recommend this store. Horrible customer service at this location!
