I love everything about Sudzz its very clean everything is in working conditions. The bathroom is always clean and that's very important to me. I love the fact you can watch TV while handling your business. And all the employees are very nice to me and respectable. And the hours are perfect because I'm a early bird. I'm rating a 5 stars.

First the machine took 1.50 of my change use my card for the other 1.50 and was charged 5 dollars just to wash in a 3 dollar washer ??????

Dryers steal your money - was on the road had to stop in make sure you don’t begin any cycles until your done loading all the money - if you want add while on cycle it won’t let you but it will take your money and nobody’s there

Employee on duty at the time I was there was actively hostile to me for no reason whatsoever. When I entered we made eye contact and I smiled and said good morning and she GLARED at me and didn't respond otherwise, which I found odd, and she gave me nasty looks the entire time I was there. She was using all of the 2 load washers in the front so I used two overpriced single load washers. The cycles were over way too quickly and my clothes weren't fully cleaned, and one of them, the load didn't spin or drain well and there was a lot of excess water. The dryers worked fairly well. The sign out front says free wifi and I did see it available but I wasn't about to approach the inexplicably angry lady to ask for the password so I skipped it. This is the worst laundromat experience I ever had.
Edit: My goodness. I guess I struck a nerve by mentioning how rude the employee was because that's the one thing that wasn't addressed in your manifesto here LOL. Don't worry, I am visiting from out of town and this was my first and very definitely my last visit to your establishment.

What incredible service! I'm an out of towner who was on the road for almost a week and 4 days in I need laundry service. I find this place and stop by at 8:00 a.m. on a Saturday, and lucky enough to have Miss Christine working. I ask if it's possible for Saturday drop off and if so when would it be ready. She tells me she'd have it done by 10:00 a.m. at the latest (2 our drop off service? Unheard of!). Told her that was perfect, I had an 8:30 appointment at Auburn and would be back after.
I then completely forgot about my laundry after the Auburn appointment, as I was fixated on the work stuff. I got a call from Miss Christine around 12:30 reminding me it was ready and I promptly picked it up.
Great place, I'll be back next time I'm in town!

Love going there clean and like the lady that's works there. 10/7/23 as I been going there for a while now as of today was a mess the machine didn't ring out my clothes and it was saying some type of error as I waited for someone to show up so I can tell them about the problem and I offered to help clean the water up she had an attitude saying she wasn't going to give me all my money back saying I put to much soap in the machine ? I'm like I came here yesterday I know how to wash. Future reference be careful who you hired because if I wasn't the person I'm today it would have went a different way. And put a sign up saying no refunds or some cus that just wrong. Only two great workers they have there the other ones need to lose their attitudes.

If you go at the right time of day it's quite nice, and empty. They even have a lady during the day that can wash dry and fold for you if you choose.
