Went in right at opening. They were three hairstylist on duty. There were two people in line before me, so I was basically taken right in to get my haircut. She did a great job, make sure she knew what I wanted done with my hair. Had a great experience will definitely be back.

Had my hair cut by my normal stylist (Lara). Pretty much always get a good haircut……. but like so many other complaints, the online sign in is ridiculous! It doesn’t allow you to MAKE AN APPOINTMENT, which most people which most people would prefer. This visit I was able to get in immediately. I can follow the same procedure next time and it may be an hour or longer wait. Fix this problem and your salon will be a 5 star business.

The system they have sucks. I came in today 45 minutes until close and was told they were all booked up. Two people cutting hair and three needing to be cut couldn't happen in 45 minutes? This isn't the first time I've had this issue. When someone works 8-5 Monday through Friday, how exactly are they supposed to get their hair cut then? If the answer Saturday that is a joke. Set an online appointment for 2pm, checked in at 1:50, but don't get to see anyone until 2:50 because the person cutting your hair wanted to do someone else first. I'm done with this place. When I do get a haircut it's pretty good.

Kind and courteous staff helped us as soon as we walked in. Made us feel comfortable and felt much more professional than other places I've been.

Visited the shop today, Shay cut my hair and she did a great job!!!! Very thorough and it paid off! The rest of the staff is very polite and friendly! Highly recommend visiting Shay.

I cannot speak highly enough about our experience with Laura and Jordan. My son has sensory processing disorder and haircuts have been a major challenge for us. Laura did the haircut while Jordan took her time to help blow dry the hair off my son (and the noise of the hairdryer also helped.) When I tell you these two women saw a visibly stressed and worried mama and they jumped right in and made me feel like our situation was not an inconvenience in the slightest. They took their time, were extremely compassionate, and were so patient. I will be calling the Sports Clips corporate office to let them know they have two really incredible people working for them. I am so very thankful for these incredibly kind ladies and will tell everyone about the amazing experience we had. Thank you Laura and Jordan for being very kind people!
