The attitudes in there is horrible ! I’ve been waiting for a phone I paid off to be unlocked from spectrum and it’s ridiculous as soon as my phone is unlocked I will be porting out ! I spoke with the black lady in the last chair several times and her attitude is absolutely disgusting and I never want to go to this location again !

I went into the store and it was two ppl working I signed in and waited I walked around and then asked a guy who was sitting down could I come see him once he was done he was extremely rude and said did I call you up here and I said no I was only asking and I wasn’t being rude he then said don’t start with me today as I sat down then another guy came in and he proceeded to help that customer and left me waiting he was extremely rude everybody in there seems to have attitudes.. I wish they had people who truly wanted to work and didn’t come to work with nasty attitudes. This make me don’t even want services with spectrum if I have to deal with the nastiness.. I don’t know who management is for that store but the workers are awful… it’s was one nice guy name Chuck but everybody else rude rude rude…

I visited the store on September 26 to get the internet connection. Sales person Khadijah Sneed told me about the package. The speed will be 300 MB, and it will cost $37.00 per month, and their will be no other cost. I took the information and went back to get the service after one hour and met Khadijah.
The price went up to $40.00
And also added $30.00 for the connection fee. I decided to take the service. When I installed the equipment, the speed was only 100 MB. I called Spectrum, and they said my package gives only 100 MB.
All the pieces of information provided were incorrect based on dishonesty.
Be careful before you sign the contract.

Love spectrum they've been so helpful. Have a great selection of phones great prices and they tell you the truth. I'm not going to mention specific carriers but one in particular was very misleading even when I was signing paperwork that is why I am now with spectrum.

Was told to come back Monday to pick up equipment that they didn’t have. Arrived Monday and told they didn’t have what they said they would and told to order online. Not great customer service.

Employees involved in own conversation. I entered spoke to Employees about the return of a cell phone two Employees responded the one employee asked did I purchase it from the store. My reply was no. Then I was told to take the box in hand and go to a fed ex and give them the box as is and of no cost to me they would mail it. Apparently only half correct. Didn't show any customer courtesy. Guess neither employee knew or it didnt concern them.?
