Very nice and clean. Good selection. Tyler our sales agent was very knowledgeable and applied no pressure. The bed sold itself. It was a quick relief to my back pain .

Tyler helped my husband and I get a new bed all picked out and financed. He made the selection process fun and the whole staff was very helpful with the paperwork. Sleep number beds are very pricey so it was nice to have a team work with us so patiently throughout the whole process.

We initially went here to buy pillows, and ended up coming back a week later to purchase a mattress. Phil (the sales associate) was great - he answered all of our questions, was extremely helpful, and super patient.

My bed was supposed to be delivered Thurs 8/25 between 1:00pm and 4:00pm. However, they texted me right at 4pm and said they had an emergency and my mattress won't be delivered until 9/29. What kind of emergency causes my mattress to be delayed for a month? I called customer service and they basically told me there's nothing they can do because they use a third-party delivery service. I went to this store and spoke to a representative, Philip, and he told me he's sorry and there's nothing he can do. I told him I need to be made whole because I am not satisfied right now. I also asked him if he could contact the district manager about this issue and Philip again told me there's nothing they can do. I am very displeased with my experience with Sleep Number so far and I would not recommend anyone ordering from this company.

My Review:Sensors malfunction regularlyOnce or twice a week our bed doesn't recognize one or both of us when we get into bed. This began a month or so after the bed was delivered. I called several times and spoke with customer support but the issue persists. Considering buying a remote because I am tired of getting up and turning my phone on to manually set the bed to our preferred numbers. Now the remotes have been discontinued online and in store due to being out of stock; they can only be ordered through customer service over the phone.Sleep Number reply: Thank you for submitting a review.
