Shane was very polite and communicative. It was simple and easy to get in touch with him and pay him over the phone after he dropped off my vehicle. He was also very quick with his services considering I called around 4:00pm! I HIGHLY recommend him if you’re looking for a towing company. Support a local small business owner! Shane’s awesome.

Very very good. Best towing service I have had experience with. Very reasonably priced, especially considering where he had to get my vehicle from and the time it took (both in terms of distance and difficulty of the tow), and very good service. One of the most professional tow companies I have worked with! Even though my vehicle was towed due to unfortunate circumstances they were beyond helpful about helping me get it off their lot, even outside of standard business hours so that I could be on my way. I needed someone's vehicle towed off private property and found it very difficult to find a towing service willing to do that since it wasn't my vehicle, not to mention, it was the middle of the night. I called 8 places before Shane's Towing. He was friendly and quick and even agreed to notify the Sheriff's Department that he was the one who towed the vehicle so the owner could later easily find his vehicle. (The Sheriff's Department was who said to tow it.) I definitely recommend this towing service.

Shane's towing picked me up from Montgomery to Auburn for a 3rd of the price any mtg company offered at 9pm. I had to get to work the next day and had no options. He still gave me a fair price.
