I’ve been doing business with this company, and the prior company, over 30 years. I’ve always been treated with the most respect, met with knowledge of products, offered education classes, etc. They have an incredible staff that have become my Friends/family through the years. You’ll never find a better group of people.

First, there is a big orange hand-written sign on the front door that states, “Licensed professionals only!” (I am a licensed esthetician). Upon entering the store, the first thing that the employee said to me was, “Are you licensed?” She then proceeded to help me find what I needed. Once I got to the checkout and gave her my customer card, she presented a Google Docs form that I would need to fill out BEFORE being able to purchase anything.I have never been treated so poorly by a place of business and will never visit this specific Salon Centric location again. The building is beautiful, but the woman who “helped” me today was anything but.Customer service is huge in our industry. I understand the need to verify that the people who are purchasing products are licensed, but you do not have to be pretentious to do so. If any current employees are reading this, please reconsider how you treat potential customers moving forward.
