Yes yall get a bad review because we shouldn’t be required to pay a fee of $10 just to cash a check. The lady said, “You won’t be charged the fee if you get an account with us.” I will never get an account with a bank who charges for a service like that. The idiots in charge of this bank should have enough common sense to know that your ratings are already bad and you shouldn’t be extorting people so that you can have another million dollar mansion somewhere. It’s common sense to know that if a bank charges you $10 to cash a check, their interest rates are probably garbage

Customer service is typically awful. Rude and snarky tellers. If you go in expect to wait in line for at least 15 min. In an nutshell, Unfriendly.

My Family has had positive services ever since we opened our accounts. The Associates are multi taskers and usually assist more than one customer at a time. I'm always greeted when I walk in, and I feel they have great security systems in place to alert me of unauthorized attempts to access my account.

I would give this bank 0 stars if possible. Terrible service. The assistant Will Collet does not belong working in this bank. His people skills are lacking and he does not make any decisions without asking someone for advice. They don't answer the phones when you call the bank. I have never had to deal with anyone in a bank throughout my 65 years who is more disappointing!

Two tellers and one banker for sure must not be used to seeing a black woman with money because they sure do act very weird. I refuse to feel uncomfortable every time I go to the bank to get my own money, so I emptied my account and drove to Columbus to bank with Navy Federal. At least Navy Federal is professional at all times. I wouldn't have Regions gatekeeping my money ever again.

Don't accept personal checks from people who bank with regions. They will not cash them. Especially if you're a man of color. Even when you're right, you're in tge wrong dealing with prejudice people.

Sorry but my experience both times was rude and I waited for 30minutes just to get to the teller to be disappointed both times I’m going to find me another bank cause the way they treated me made me feel like I was at the wrong bank period

Stood in the same spot in line for over 30 minutes. For 30 minutes, despite seeing an employee available, the line has not moved. Customer service is rock bottom. Always takes a long time. Employees don't care.

Sad to Say but The Slowest Bank I've been banking with. Anytime i am here it always take me between 25-30 minutes to get done with a smallest deposit!

Banking at Regions Bank, for me, has always been a positive experience. The staff is always polite and helpful. I find them to be very knowledgeable about the financial questions I ask. They're patient and friendly, also courteous. I say this because I am on a walker and one of the guys at the front ,behind the counter came and walked me to the door.. That , to me, says alot about the type of employee's hired at Regions.

The ATM at this location is NEVER working, I have to drive all the way to Auburn hoping that one works. Its very frustrating to not be able to deposit, withdraw o do anything after office hours, while PNC and WellsFargo's work every time or at least 5 or 6 days a week. If the Region's ATMs don't work, why you have them? Just remove them, get them fix or update their capacity. Doesn't matter, just do something, seems like you guys don't care for people that work late.
